Production methods
Step 1: Produce wood floor joist frame，according to the actual size of the wooden doors，install lock wood, finger-joint material would be better. In order to prevent wood floor joist from deformation,sawing 4-5 incisions in the longitudinal direction of the wooden frame, direction is parallel to the door plane, perpendicular to the wooden frame, distance between incision is 400 mm, front and Back alternate with, depth for 5- 10 mm. In order to put pressure in the process of moisture balance and water play, drilling 2-3 vents in the width direction of the wood frame,direction is parallel to the door plane, perpendicular to the wooden frame, bore of 5-10mm, post curing pressure after fully the vent densification. Cutting chipboard according to the wooden door frame size.
Step 2: Using glue machine and gluing uniformly in density board. While artificial coating, the coating should be uniform .With the glue-spread of 180-230 grams per M2 and do not glue in door core.
Step 3: Put the joist on the density board coated with plastic and put particle board in the middle. The direction of the hole is the longitudinal direction. Nail gun is used to connect between joists and joists, joists and particle boards. Clearance is required between chipboards and wooden frames. At both sides in the direction of the vertical hole, clearance is required between joists and particle boards(when in hot pressing, it should leave 5-8mm; while in cold pressing, it should leave 10-15mm). *Vacuum packaging increases the life of foods by eliminating most of the air from sealed containers and preventing new sir from entering, decreasing oxidation and helping to maintain taste and overall quality.
It also aids in the inhibition of aerobic microbe development, which might lead to the following issues under specific circumstances:
Mold can't develop in a low-oxygen environment, thus vacuum packing can almost completely remove it.
Important Rrminder!
1.Please do not put too much food in the vacuum bag (no more than 3/4 of the maximum volume) in order to obtain a better vacuum sealing effect.
Please ensure that the bag's end is inserted into the vacuum chamber (between the ipper gasket and lower gasket).
2.Please use food vacuum bags that have been particularly developed for this purpose.
Please ture the smooth side of the vacuum bags up while vacuum sealing.
3.When merely sealing, gently push the upper center of the vacuum sealer machine to improve the sealing effect.
4.After turning it on, let it warm up for 30 seconds before using it. Allow the vaccum packing machine to rest for 1-2 minutes after each vacuum sealing or sealing-only operation before proceeding to the next.
Note: If the sealing procedure is comducted too freduently in a short period of time, the vacuum bag may melt due to the increased temperature.
5.Do not overfill the bags; leave enough room at the open end so that the bag may be inserted more securely in the vacuum chamber.
6.Do not moisten the bag's open and closed ends. It's possible that wet bags will be difficult to melt and seal firmly.
7.Before sealing the bag, clean and straighten the open end. Make sure nothing is left in the bag's open area; there should be no wrinkles or creases on the open panel; foreign items or wrinkled bags can make it difficult to shut firmly.
Objects having sharp ends, such as fish bones and hard shells, should not be vacuum packaged. Sharp points might pierce the bag and cause it to vibrate.
Empty running is strictly prohibited!
Only the seal:
1.Place the bag in the vacuum chamber of the vacuum sealer after opening it.
2.Lock the two side buckles, then push the "Heating seal" button for 3 seconds, causing the green light to become red.
3.To achieve a better sealing effect, spftly press on the "PUSH" position.
4.The sealing process is finished when the red light turns green again.
I hold an explorer sock over the front of the lense covering the sky or brightest parts of the shot to fade out the bright sky so as not to over expose it, then lift the sock away a second or two before the shutter drops back down...

(they are not stars or alien space craft, sorry to disapoint, yes, that is noise, even at ISO100 and f22??? i am looking forward to learning as much as my brain box will hold about all this, i have stopped HIGH ISO NOISE REDUCTION in camera and long exposure noise reduction in camera as it took an hour to take one pic prior to the flickr meet last night BUT the noise now is deafning! oh but am shooting everything in RAW+L so i can manipulate my subjects at a later date...)
