I'm slowly going through old photos and adding in metadata (and proper archiving). Up to 2007 so far. Found this image, of O'Malley, from the winter of 2007 - late March, assuming I set my camera clock correctly.

So this: it's Infra-Red (long exposure, with a filter). Converted in Silver eFex 2, with Tri-X film emulation added. Not sure the IR part matters, but I like the overall feeling.

Oh, and for the record - I've been on that peak several times. It's a really neat hike. Didn't do it this year, though.

Next year for sure.

I'm a data geek (no, sh!+, really?) and I *love* going through the metadata section of Lightroom.

I can't wait until ALL my photos are geo-tagged when I take 'em. Being able to do a mash-up and pull pictures from location would KICK ASS.

Proceso de despliegues de workflow y metadata

SCSL hosted a Metadata Tea and invited SCSL retirees to help identify people in photos. A great time was had by all and many subject headings created :-)

A classic amplifier with multiple forms of metadata presentation. Signal strength of the FM radio signal is indicated by a VU meter. The station is locked in as a stereo signal so the "stereo" light is lit. The lamp on the tuning pointer indicates the station frequency. It also has physical knob indications of current amplifier settings.
