I am in love with these magnets! I think the color combination of purple, green and white is gorgeous together. Coupled with the folk-inspired flowers and bird...this set is adorable!

Just a little render of an explorer landing on an ice planet, more or less related to the roleplay I'm hoping to start up on the Lego Message Boards.
I know this is extremely poorly rendered, but hopefully you guys enjoy it nonetheless.

I'm not sure what the text means! I asked on another messageboard and they said it's probably about Christmas, since Joulud means Christmas. Anyone care to translate?

The Penguins of Madagascar is an American CGI animated television series airing on Nickelodeon, starring Tom McGrath, Jeff Glen Bennett, John DiMaggio, James Patrick Stuart, and Danny Jacobs. A pilot episode, Gone in a Flash, aired as part of Superstuffed Nicktoons Weekend on November 29, 2008 before a new episode of SpongeBob SquarePants, and The Penguins of Madagascar became a regular series on March 28, 2009. The series takes place after the events of Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa. Nickelodeon ordered 26 episodes for season 1 and in January 2009 ordered a second season of 26 episodes, bringing the total to 52. This is the first Nicktoon produced with DreamWorks Animation. This is one of I-5 Design and Manufactures installation crews installing the Kla-mo-ya Casino pylon sign that was upgraded from the original by adding tapered stone columns, an electronic message center, and a backlit tribal casino design pattern to tie into the building design. Front and back of this one-of-a-kind clipboard are covered with coordinating papers of primary colors for a teacher. The edges are sanded for a distressed look and decoupaged with lots of layers of mod podge and an acrylic sealer. To finish, the clipboard is embellished with a trim and a red and white polka dot daisy!

This is the pylon sign that includes an electronic message center for the Kla-mo-ya Casino in Chiloquin, Oregon. The message board is placed between two large tapered rock columns, which are similar to the columns at the entry of the Casino. I belong to a Lomo and toycamera enthusiasts group called Lomomanila and last Saturday, we had an activity called the Holga Witch Project -- a toy camera shoot with costumed models (mostly friends/volunteers).
We went around UP and took shots of them. My main camera that day was a Holga. But my prints aren't ready yet.
For the first time, my LCA took a backseat to the Holga. I just figured it's about time I played with the H more. I hope to God that I got at least ONE nice Holga shot.
In the meantime, here are my LCA shots (Fuji Sensia 100 slide film xpro). These are my favorites from the roll.
I illustrated these myself, then added the colour digitally. I printed them out and made them into magnets using my brand new badge and fridge magnet machine!
Great as a little gift or to brighten up your message board, kitchen or office.

I used crackle varnish, it is perfect for giving any piece of furniture an aged, crackled paint effect. Even new furniture can be transformed to look like a vintage piece.

Driving westbound I-70/US-40, approaching a Missouri DOT (MoDOT) message sign saying "Not Passing? Stay In the Right Lane"
Unfortunately, I encountered A LOT of drivers who decided to lollygag and stay in the left lane this whole road trip - but especially on this stretch of interstate.

The best place for law abiding people to get as tune up is the Space Repair Garage, founded in 2009 by Icon109 and six friends. (noted above are those friends) Here we see them hover-carpooling to work.
(In reality, these were my first freinds on the LEGO Messageboards way back in 2009-10. We all roleplayed as the Space Rapir Garage team in the Space Police III forum. This is a shoutout to those wonderful days and nice people. NOTE: The charecters are in regular type, while user-names are in parentheses. There are more in the second picture. There are plenty more people, but I couldn't fit them all. Sorry!)
An Arduino controlling 3 shift registers controlling a 64 cell LED matrix, each cell can do red/green but right now is just red.
It's just scrolling ADAM at the moment but should be capable of all sorts of magic shortly!

BLISS do fab work supporting parents who have a child in neonatal care, they campaign for better services, do research in to causes, provide training days, information booklets for parents & most importantly support. The messageboards were a lifeline for me back when Jonny was born, and the leaflets invaluable to get to grips with the strange new world of NICU. I now volunteer for BLISS, tonight was my monthly stint manning the Family Support Helpline, it's not much but I'm glad I can help others going through this.
