I was struck by the monochrome like paint job of this building.

This photograph was taken as part of a Meetup in Plymouth, MA. The assignment, should we choose to accept it, was to create depth of field shots. This was an interesting exercise because the wharf in Plymouth is a place where we have all shot many times before. However, just having an assignment breathed new life into an old place.

The Shadow Collection is a collection of photos taken at Nobska Lighthouse in Falmouth during sunset. While shooting there one day I noticed the young lady in the white pants casting an interesting shadow. Over the next couple of hours I photographed other people walking around the Lighthouse.

I am going to try something new with my Flickr account. For every color photograph I take will process the same photograph in black and white to see what happens. Who knows how long this will last but I will give it a shot. I call this the Black and White Project.

Cleveland spent a lot of time renovating the entrance and atrium of the art museum. I would say that they got it right.

This photo was shot in Boston's Chinatown. I thought the juxtaposition of the "Paramount" sign, the name of a famous Hollywood studio was intriguing.
