Whitby Street, Hartlepool, Cleveland, UK.
Hartlepool is a north east sea port 12 km north of Middlesbrough, founded in the 7th century AD. It became the official port of the County Palatine of Durham. The developing shipbuilding industry in West Hartlepool made it a target for the Germans in the First World War. Rapid industrial decline occurred after World War Two, resulting in much unemployment and dereliction. During the 1990s massive public investment revitalised the town, resulting in improved prospects.
• Whitby Street runs off Church Street. It is most fitting that this well appointed fish shop should be located here. Whitby is a North Yorkshire fishing town.

A two day trip to visit Erik. Started out early Sunday morning and took only secondary roads; had it all to myself. Nice and warm, blue skies - what more do you need?
Together we explored the northern part of Langeland Monday before I went home again. Took secondary roads all the way back too and arrived home around 9 in the evening.
This is our current working map of the spheres. Note that some of the spheres already explored have a shorthand listing of the system (this will be added to periodically as the group explores more territory further away from their home sphere.)
I'm really enjoying the map like Washi Tape that I bought at Michael's. Another card for Gina for RMA mailmesomeart.blogspot.com/2012/11/mail-art-call.html.
Plenty of room on the inside, including a compartment for up to a 100 oz hydration reservoir such as this Camelbak.

Malaysia used to be called Malacca. Which if you speak Greek, you'll do a bit of a double take over.
July 24, 11:49
Position: 39.30N 52.34W
Weather: Clear, occasional rain, occasional cloud
Wind: W 15 to 19 knots
Heave: 2 m
We are in the high pressure system, but the weather is not stable.
The tide movement is affecting to our speed over the ground reads over 7 knots on GPS.
At this point, we still have west wind, thus we are sure that it was a good decision to go down south.
The fist storm that we had was showed on the weather map light blue and the size was much smaller than the one we had in winter, thus we thought it wouldn't be so bad. However, the wave was hard and it went over 5 m occasionally. This might be a character of the low pressure on the Atlantic.
This time we decided to go down south to avoid the strong wind according to the weather map. We will mark the longest Day run today!
