Tout d'abord désolé, je n'est pas pu poster ma photo hier car je suis directement aller dans le sud aprés le travail. Direction la mer pour un petite weekend à Montpellier, session paysage samedi et dimanche, temps gris mais les occasions de prendre la mer en photo sont téllement rare que je ne me suis pas fait prier.. Je vous propose donc 4 photos de ces deux jours dans le sud, 4 traitements DRI pour ces seascapes ! :) Ca fait beaucoup de photos en une seule fois mais c'était trop dur de choisir..^^

First of all sorry I could not post my picture yesterday because I am directly go south after work. Direction to the sea for a little weekend at Montpellier, landscape session Saturday and Sunday, gray weather, but the opportunities to take pictures of the sea are so rare that I did not pray.. Brighton Jetty on a stormy windy day.

This bird has always been classified as Natal Francolin - Francolinus natalensis in Roberts Birds of Southern Africa. It has more recently been renamed to Natal Spurfowl - Pternistus natalensis.

Note to viewers if they think this is not tack sharp, wobbled, camera shake or a mistake etc. Low shutter speed, to portray motion, such as star trails or car tail lights or people bustling in a street scene is a perfectly legitimate and well used photographic technique. And yes, I cropped off his toes! Aaaargh!

彩熊 Rainbow Teddy (RT) is super psyched with the EOS M.

“Wow, this camera is the bomb!” RT said. “Finally there is a camera that I can control. I don’t even need a shutter release. I just point and it focuses. And the mirrorless body is light like me [1]. Best yet, I can even reach the lens for zooming.”

Pictured here with the Canon EF 17-40 f/4L USM lens [2], the Canon EOS M is the first mirrorless interchangeable-lens camera produced by Canon [3]. It is effectively a miniature version of the Canon EOS 650D with a simpler physical interface. Like the 7D, it contains a 18 megapixel APS-C crop frame CMOS chip. But unlike the 7D, it's focusing performance is rather poor.

However its saving grace is its ability to do full HD 1080p videography in AI servo mode—which is what SML now uses for lightweight travel use. Also now semi-permanently mounted on tripod to do videography for the Serenity series. Recommended.

Balancing with the subwoofer [1] as well as the strap for the camera, 彩熊 Rainbow Teddy (RT) mounted the Canon EOS 7D [2] first on the Canon BG-E7 Battery Grip [3] onto the Manfrotto 3030 Pan/Tilt Head with Quick Release [4] on the Manfrotto 190XPROB tripod [5].

“Together with the Canon EF 24-70 f/2.8L USM lens [6], this setup weighs more than 1000 times my total weight,” RT said. “My hands cannot really reach the shutter release on the camera, but thankfully the battery grip has another shutter release which allows me to do portrait photography easy. Perfect for me!”

Same evening, same field, different scene. This time bringing in the dramatic clouds in the background. I had to stop down to f/11 to get everything in focus and to gain some exposure time for showing the movement in the barley. I really like portrait style landscape photography like David Noton does and with my grads I can now almost finish the shot in-camera.

Petite randonnée autour des rivières de sassenage cette aprés midi, et le mieu c'est que je n'est toujours pas terminé le tour qu'il y a à faire, j'y retournerais bientôt !! :) voilà donc deux nouvelles photos de cet endroit magnifique !

Encore le fish, il m'avait trop manqué lol, je n'avais jamais eu l'opportunité de prendre ce monument en photo, il s'agit d'un monument en hommage au morts grenoblois pendant les guerres de 14 à 45. Désolé c'est donc la photographie d'hier que je n'est pas eu le temps de poster :)
