Model: This is Haley Hamilton, she is a new friend I've met recently through some mutual friends. Very easy and comfortable person to talk to plus she is always full of spirit and enthusiasm. What's more awesome about this young spirit is she's always genuinely smiling and laughing about something, whether it be about a situation or people who both know.
Reason for Photos: After we met, Haley shortly found out I was a starting photographer. She volunteered or "offer herself as tribute" to be the next model for my album I'm calling, "Friends as Models." So we went on a journey to the Arbor Hills in Plano to have a short photo shoot.
Challenges: Going to start off by saying, when we first got there I've noticed most the area is rich with trees but blocks off the golden light effect given by the setting sun. Right now in Texas the sun sets around 8pm so it was pretty bright still at the time. We manage to find a few spots with great surroundings, the above picture is one of the few. We weren't able to get the golden hour sun and racing against time is never fun, I personally like my photo shoot relaxed and fun. Definitely had fun but the relax part was missed. Asked Haley what I need to improve on and she mention the part of more posing and positioning the model. She is spot on about that part, if anyone has any tips or links please direct me to it, THANKS!
