This attractive Mercedes Benz 609D came to Luton & District via Birmingham Omnibus in 1995. The unusual bodywork, almost akin to how the van would left the original German factory has been made or converted by 'Made to Measure' into a B24F minibus. It is seen in Luton's Upper George Street, in 1995, just after entering service with the Shires as their fleet no.15, K25 WND, dating from 1993.
The client sent me the lower Taylor stem as a visual reference and the Look stem set to his riding position. The middle piece is mine made to suit.

Five years of this person’s life were reconstructed and filmed in detail on a large theatre stage. A few months later, the original and her datafied double met.
