Such a welcome and unexpected visitor. I let him move wherever he wanted and occasionally he would stop for a few seconds. Here he is popping a wheelie.

This was a 3 day process. I used several different coloring and overlapped them to get this shot. At first, I felt like I polluted something beautiful. But the "ugly" result has a beauty all its own.

Most of my shots are taken in and around the city of Molde, in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway.

This one was taken at the Rose Garden on roof of Molde Town Hall.

A rose is a woody perennial flowering plant of the genus Rosa, in the family Rosaceae, or the flower it bears. There are over a hundred species and thousands of cultivars.

I normally stay away from "modified" flowers but the painted on crystals intrigued me for some reason.

A little purple splatter across the soft white petals.

Weaver ants or green ants are eusocial insects of the family Formicidae. Weaver ants live in trees and are known for their unique nest building behaviour where workers construct nests by weaving together leaves using larval silk.

A queen lays her first clutch of eggs on a leaf and protects and feeds the larvae until they develop into mature workers. The workers then construct leaf nests and help rear new brood laid by the queen. As the number of workers increases, more nests are constructed and colony productivity and growth increase significantly.

This little guy crawled out of a large flower I picked up at a farmer's market. He was quite active and it took dozens of shots to get a few good ones. Oh, and the little guy was harmlessly placed in a flower garden after his photo shoot.

Eventually got a shot of the grass hoppers a few weeks back before it bounced off into the grass

Very close up of a very bright orange flower.

Little unripe coffee beans caught in the rain.
