I love how the worm appears to be staring right at me. The face is a little frightening to be honest.
I've been looking for that occasion quite a long time...
I noticed these beauties the last time we had a short walk. But camera was at home.
Finally, I have a time and everything else to greet with this little Universe it discover its beauty.
I stand near small white flowers that look like stars. They rest between many green leaves, simple but bright. In this quiet place, I feel my breath slow down. The flowers do not shout; they just exist and give soft light to the day.
I think about how strength can be gentle, how beauty can be modest, and still strong enough to change my mood. The leaves are like a river of green, carrying the little stars forward.
I remember that meaning is not always loud; sometimes it is small and close, like this close-up view. When I leave, I keep this calm inside, and I try to walk through life with the same quiet courage.

Playing about with a bit of macro today, not something I've done too much of, so I was quite pleased how this little Hoverfly came out really. Also playing with a couple of new toys. I had a 25mm Extension Tube on the lens and a new Speedlite to give a little fill flash.
This was a light purple and white flower. I used a couple different purple light sources to get the different intensities.
Sometimes theme pictures jump out at me when I least expect it. For the theme of "Love" I wracked my brains and came up with not much. Given that we are in an older age group with no family around us, and we live in a fairly isolated area, I had no clues. But then today, while I was outside photographing water droplets on moss after overnight rain, this leaf presented itself to me. Just look at the lovely droplets around the heart shape and how it has pinky reflections from a pink net I have hanging over some plants.
So, as my picture title states, it was nature's message of love.

In a world where time slows and colors forget their rules, a single bee reminds us that even the smallest things can own the frame. I chased light, shifted hues, and found stillness where the wild things bloom.
