In a pitch-dark space, twelve thunderous image and sound generating machines open up the vast architecture of the former Rotterdam dockside warehouse Pakhuismeesteren. Inspired by the principles of evolution and decentralized autonomous decision making, the machines produce an endless improvisation based on audiovisual imitation, mutation and recombination, aiming for the emergence of captivating complexity from a vocabulary of rudimentary shapes, sounds and logic.
Based on the principles of evolution, 12_Series generates audiovisual imitations, mutations and combinations. Simple algorithms lead to a fascinating complexity, of which ‘grid noise’ and rudimentary forms are the basis. Despite their identical digital DNA, these screens repeatedly surpass our imagination.

The “Sten”
In the words of Dave Hester YUUUUUUPPPPP!!!!(If you know where it’s from leave a comment!) Yup its review #7! And to honor the fact of black Friday I thought I’d do a fan favorite! The STEN! This is another one of my favorite protos. Will did an extremely good job on this. The highlight of this gun is the Stick mag! And the multi colors as well. But like I said the stick mag is the chase for this gun! I’ve seen so many people use it in creative ways, like on the aa-12 for example! Many people consider the sten to be two separate protos the mag and the gun it’s self. But anyway this goes great for WWII (of course) and, APOC/future. I say APOC/future because you can use the mag for the aa-12 like I said and the sten in like orange swirl without a mag looks futuristic. I truly recommend this gun for any collecter or builder!
Let’s head over to some Historical facts!
-This gun was made by Major Reginald V. Shepherd
-this I s a British made sub machine gun

“We all have our time machines. Some take us back, they're called memories. Some take us forward, they're called dreams." -Jeremy Irons
-Life is never ending cycle, from one point to another, memories to dream, live to love and grow to pieces. We live to witness the beginning of every ending and experience the journey of memories through our own time machine.

Den has a huge range of talents but quite early on in our relationship she made it quite clear she has no interest or ability when it comes to any kind of needlework. So I am the seamstress in our relationship.
Adopting my normal "how hard can it be" attitude I decided our household needed a sewing machine and I would have to be the one to learn how to use it. I spent hours in my local sewing machine shop enthusiastically assisted by a dear old lady who worked part time in the shop and she patiently taught me everything I needed to know. She suggested this model because it was pretty robust and "man proof". I've probably only used it a handful of times in the 10 years or so that I've owned it but it was just the tool for the job in this case.

21.7.2013. This is LBSC's original 2 1/2" gauge 'Ayesha' locomotive - built between 1920/22 from castings purchased from Bonds o' Euston Road. It is based on the Great Northern and Brighton Atlantics.
LBSC or Curly Lawrence, was born in 1883 and had a lifelong love of steam (he spent several years in the employ of the London Brighton & South Coast Railway, from whom he adopted his pen name). LBSC was a very keen model maker and advocated that model boilers should be fitted with fire tubes - modeled very closely on full size locomotive practice. This became popular in the modelling world and he wrote articles for the 'Model Engineer' magazine from 1923 to 1967, with only a short break.
LBSC is attributed with the start of amateur model engineering as he often said that any person with enough desire could build a working steam locomotive. Through his many articles, LBSC introduced enthusiasts to the joys of machine shop work and the construction of model steam locomotives. He died in 1967.
The above picture was taken on the 2 1/2" Gauge Society's stand at the Annual Guildford Model Steam Rally & Exhibition.

Vending machine culture is a very special culture in Japan. Everywhere you go, you'll sure see one on the street. There're many kind of machine available, from toy to tobacco, beer, to soft drink. Even some of the ramen shop need you to buy food ticket from the machine. One special thing about the softdrink machine is they have hot drink, this is very helpful especially the weather is cold during the winter.

Once I saw this giant claw machine at Dave and Buster's in Bethesda, Maryland, I had to have a picture of it. It made me feel nostalgic for feeding tons of quarters into the claw machine at the Unimart on Allen Street in State College with Lauren. I still have the stuffed Spider-Man she won for me :)

Two more to go after this. I think I rotated the camera for this, which is silly in a square format camera, but the double exposure rotated too making a ghostly car roof appear, which is kinda nifty.
