I wonder how long it takes to check the tension on all those bracing cables.....

The Boxkite was a relatively successful 2-seat training aircraft of its day, with 87 being constructed in the years before WW1. It can achieve a dizzying speed of approx 40mph/64km/h.

It is owned and operated by The Shuttleworth Collection in Bedford, England.

Stu was out there after the snow stopped coming down to clean up the snow. This photo "really" shows how much snow is out there. We have 15 mph gusts of wind as well. I'm so happy we bought a Toro. It's a great snowblower and has the strength to do the job! We got around 13" of snow here today. Glad we got this size snowblower, a smaller one wouldn't have been adequate for the amounts of snow we get and the size of our driveway.

The dunlin moves along the coastal beaches it prefers with a characteristic "sewing machine" feeding action, methodically picking small food items. Insects form the main part of the dunlin's diet on the nesting grounds; it eats molluscs, worms and crustaceans in coastal areas.
