Tried baking macaroons for the first time today, they turned out delicious! Also, never really tried out food photography, I don't think it's something i'd ever want to get into.
ingredients:
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup margarine
1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 lb of shredded coconut
1 can of condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
1) Using a muffin pan, line cups with paper.
2) Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
3) Pour eggs and mix well. Then add flour, baking powder, coconut, milk and vanilla.
4) Mix well. Place mixture in baking cups.
5) Bake in 375 degrees for 15-20 min.
