This was all that remained of the Luxemburgerli that we picked up from the Sprungli store in downtown Zurich when we realized we hadn't gotten a picture of them. We originally had 16 of these tasty little "macaroons."
the classic. 60% dark chocolate paired with a gorgeous coconut macaroon. doesn't get much better than that. made lovingly by danny macaroons.
I really liked the salted caramel ones.....but I added some sprinkles of my own Himilayan pink salt that made it perfect. (via Foodspotting)

I used a little more sweetened condensed milk and pecans instead of macadamia nuts.
Stir coconut with sweetened condensed milk, salt, and vanilla.
