I used a little more sweetened condensed milk and pecans instead of macadamia nuts.

Macaroons

The main goal behind this week's recipe was to not have to go buy groceries. I really liked the pastry - I would probably double the recipe next time. I've never had a macaroon cookie, so I don't know what I should have been expecting.
