This beaver was huge and he remained partially hidden in the marsh grasses. But I liked this close up of his head as it shows details in his paws and his tail all in one frame. The early morning sun gave his brown fur some copper highlights.
A bright yellow origami crane flies over a sea of blue tissue paper. (I missed out on last week’s “Smile on Saturday” theme of Levitation and wanted to try out the technique.)

Looking close…on Friday theme: Eggs in Black and White 🍳
My collection of painted eggs. Most were painted in Poland and sold at church. Two were bought at a thrift store. 💕🌸💖

We get a lot of rain but are currently in a horrid heat wave, so these beauties needed a little help with a spray bottle. Thankfully it looks like we will get some rain tomorrow.
Taken for Looking close...on Friday's theme "raindrops or dewdrops", but didn't need to use it. :=)

#Lookingclose...onFriday! #asinglebladeofgrass
Sometimes it is the puristic minimalism that attracts us!
I decided to use this Image for the upcoming theme called "A single blade of grass" as this one is real puristic. I tokk this image quite a while ago and never thought about it anymore. When i read the new theme i reminded me about that one and thought i might give it a try. It is even that long ago that i used my old X-T30 for it.

#Lookingclose...onFriday! #ThingswithTeeth
Pretty nice theme for this week. We do have so much things with teeth in our household so it wasn`t too difficult to find some items that would match. Just had 1 hour before i had to go out for shopping so can cook myself a little lunch. Quick and dirty i went for this one. Hope you enjoy it anyways.

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this fascinating guy (about 7cm long) sitting on the handle of the flower watering can. And he stayed there until I had got the right lens ready and found a good position to take a series of pictures during which he changed into different poses, just like a model, sometimes really looking directly at me. Isn't that something?! 💚
