Looking Close … on Friday

As we have three grandkids who always need a little treat occasionally. We appear to have built up a reserve stash of these little packets and bars. This whole collection would fit on a paperback book so you can estimate their sizes.

In the shot are Cadbury’s Buttons, Curly-Wurly Bar and Freddo as well as Rowntrees Skittles and Fudge together with a tiny Wham Bar!

Chinese knotting (simplified Chinese: 中国结; traditional Chinese: 中國結; pinyin: Zhōngguó jié) is a decorative handcraft art that began as a form of Chinese folk art in the Tang and Song dynasty (960–1279 CE) in China. This image is the detail from part of a pair of very old tassels (likely scroll weight tassels) - each one about 2ft in length.
