It's Sliders Sunday again,
my favorite day of the week
to PLAY . . .
Started with one post and padlock at our local beach,
and was amazed at all the images which popped up,
especially the straw cat in the middle,
guarding the locks!
Have a good week, everyone. Hope things will open up again soon. There's nothing more refreshing than visiting the beach for some salt air to clear our minds!
A typical lockdown view of Glasgow's Hope Street depicts McGill's Alexander Dennis Enviro200 8024 (YX15 OXL) leading First Glasgow Alexander Dennis Enviro400 City 33106 (SK19 EOT).
Egret patiently waiting for its dinner. While he/she waits for his dinner I shot this close up on my walk.

taken a week or so ago while on one of many lockdown walks. Its really rather strange doing the walks now because unlike before I no longer see anyone. Rather nice really.
I took a photo here a week or so before this one and the crop in the field was more than a few shoots.
Might go back again this week and see how it looks now.
50% - the youngest has got into school two days a week. The eldest has not got in - no space. So we have her all day, every day. It could be worse!
Well, Friday we go back into lockdown because of Covid. This should last until the beginning of December. Le Sélect will be closed. I am very sad. But, this is needed and President Macron did the right thing. But, I'm sad. Like during the last lockdown, more self-portraits to come...
Nine West black and maroon front zip asymetric hem skirt, matching maroon crepe blouse, black net transparent pumps. Also some lockdown poundage :)

A beautiful morning, almost the last day of total lockdown before the restrictions are eased. Here we have some preparations for an at-a-distance, over-the-fence morning tea with one of our neighbours.
365 Day 103. A rather surreal scene in the village this morning when I happened to glance out the window. It seems lockdown doesn’t stop the Easter bunny.
I have this idea of posting a bird photo every day taken during COVID-19 lockdown conditions. In this case, I am showing a (molting) Golden-crowned sparrow photographed from the chaise lounge on our back deck in Berkeley. We consider ourselves really fortunate to have a nice home, a yard, and a deck when millions of people experience shelter-in-place/lockdown under less favorable conditions. I have posted this photo in a much larger size than usual in order to showcase the excellent resolution quality of the Olympus 300mm f4 M43 lens. These sparrows will depart for their northern nesting grounds in a couple of weeks. I am pretty sure we all will still be sheltering-in-place, the rhapsodic ramblings of the "President" notwithstanding.
