I don't have a "Lockdown song", I have many...
Music is one of the best way to keep my sanity when things go bad in my country during the pandemic, and believe me they have been worst than anyone can suppose.
I love to hear Pop, Rock, Classic between other genders of music. For this theme I have chosen the music of Queen. I know that some lyrics are a bit depressive (as in Bohemian Rhapsody), but others are so uplifiting and the melodies absolutely brilliant.
I found a little wood music box, a special gift from my daughter, that plays some notes of Bohemian Rhapsody.

Been outdoors with the XF70-300mm lens from Fuji. This lens is such a nice peace and makes lots of fun to shoot with. I saw this locker and thought i`ll try a closeup from it.
Wonder if this image will be a synonym for the upcoming autumn here in Europe. Politicans now start discusing about the upcoming Rules to protect us cause of COVID-19
Let`s hope that this time they will be better prepaired as last times.

Februar 2021 ....Lockdown .....es geht nicht mehr viel .....habe mit absicht sehr viel ins bild gebracht ...da fast alle schiffe ....schlepper ....ausflugsdampfer ...barkassen.... etc. alle angedockt wurden ...und zum nichtstun verdammt sind ..... fotografiert von der unteren seite der überseebrücke....hinten die elbphilharmonie ...(findet auch nichts statt...keine konzerte etc....)
Berlin, Pariser Platz, Brandenburger Tor. Das Brandenburger Tor wurde von 1788 bis 1791 nach Plänen von Carl Gotthard Langhans auf Wunsch des preußischen Königs Friedrich Wilhelm II. errichtet und ist den Torbauten (Propyläen) der Athener Akropolis nachempfunden. Sechs dorische Säulen auf jeder Seite sind den elf Meter tiefen Querbalken vorgestellt. Eins als Mahnmal der Teilung gehört es heute zu dem Wahrzeichen der Stadt.
LOCK-DOWN
In many ways it seems that LOCKDOWN has not totally passed by although we are still getting our boosters, for those that are in bad health or over 75. Currently in the GB (14-07-2022) there are over 2.7 million people with Covid, so contagion fully in check.
These following images were taken at a time when full lockdown was in place and things were very different. However this is the last of the postings.
These two characters were tied to a tree and left by a family to support the neighbourhood in those trying times.
Some things that I've learned during our extended periods of lockdown:
1) I actually quite like woodland photography, something I wouldn't have said a year ago.
2) As I mentioned to another photographer earlier today - when shooting woodland shots a bad photographer shooting in good conditions will almost always come back with better photographs than a good photographer shooting in bad conditions!
3) Its all about the light and the atmosphere the light creates.

2020 has been such a hard year. The pandemics, stupid populist governments (at least in my country), severe wildfires in both hemispheres, and a lot of tropical storms in both the Atlantic and the Pacific Ocean. Here we are now in the extended lockdown due to the Gamma tropical storm that has strike down the Yucatan Peninsula. At this moment, we have more than 24 hours of continuous rain.
Hope that no lives are not lost.
