These two locals demanded their photo to be taken. They were making fun of me, but they spoke too quickly for Nicole to understand fully what they were saying. :-)
I could see this local rail track and two stations on it from the hotel window. At no given instant was the entire track empty during the daytime.

This orange growth/crust was less than 1cm in size and at first glance with the naked eye I thought it was Yellow Brain fungus but something about it didn't look right. The hand lens showed that it was a very different substance and appeared to be part of or closely attached to the lichen. I can't seem to find out what it is. Hopefully someone on this group will be kind enough to enlighten me.

Well been meaning to go to this local wood to see what it may be like for autumn and think it could be a good place to go to
This is the 1st time in ages that I`ve actually done any landscape photography
And this wood had loads of potential for the coming months when it`ll only get better as the seasons change
