Located off of Highway 51 in Madison, WI sat the old Royster Clark Fertilizer Plant. It was built back in 1947 and production started in 1952. It later closed in 2006 due to financial difficulty. Many environmental agencies cited the area with high levels of soil contamination and soon after the property was leveled. Plans for rebuilding on the property are underway.

With only my mobile phone camera upon my person, I decided to squeeze out the best possible image quality. I am not a fan of phone cameras, they take twice as long to use than a DSLR and produce results a fraction of the quality. Yet, if the compisition and light is good and the colour true, then it is worth sharing the result.
