Soo Line train 205 cruises west on the former Milwaukee Road main line at Pewaukee, Wisconsin, on the afternoon of July 26, 1987. The view is from Highway J overpass, and this area west of Duplainville has changed quite a bit, more people and all built up, and not as “rural” anymore. Hell, it isn’t even Highway J either, changed to Highway 164 by someone that knows better.

The “line_up“ is a paperwork series I developed since 2010. The “liners” are made out of paper (Din A3/A4),

oil paint and graphite. The theme is the hermetical laws of polarity and movement. There is no ending and no beginning in any direction, just an endless movement. You have the possibility to arrange the papers like you want and that makes it an endless playground for my photo-work and the eyes of the viewers.

On the tracks of the Bedford to Bletchley line. There is no service running on this line on a Sunday, hence I was able to get close... still kept an eye (and ear) out... just in case.

An area where we often walk our dog. More often than not take my camera with me but each time I will take a single lens from the 50mm to the 100-400 such as on this occasion.

The Crows are always there and sat in a line up for me, I had the R5 in Animal AF and tracking which is amazing to see, when the box follows the nearest birds head it pretty much does the work for you .

This piece of art - entitled "The 100 Foot Line" stands behind the National Gallery of Canada on what is known as Nepean Point... a popular spot in Ottawa.

The skytrain is the most speedy and efficient way of getting around places. There are two lines which run from Mo Chit to On Nut along Sukhumvit line and the Silom line which runs from National Stadium to Saphan Thaksin. The lines intersect at SIam Square.

In the Xi Tauri (Ushakaron) Star System, a mere 210 light years away from the McDonalds in my town, there is a planet that orbits Aldebaran. Scientists and all there fancy, highfalutin astronomy gear have long figured its existence but, have never been able to confirm it. Well, I know a thing or two about outer space and I can tell you that it does exist and it is known by the inhabitants as Blort. Indeed, I know this for sure because... I've been there! Yes! See that apartment balcony, third row from the left, eight from the ground? My good friend, Keegzat, lives there and we often trade secret strategies for dominoes; long, contemplative discussions on the benefits of a secure bitcoin wallet and the tender mercies of preconceived naughtiness when no one is suspecting the neither - a fine trick when nothing is working but the fanbelt.

For the Alien Worlds challenge over at the Worlds of Thrylium group.

Seemed rather appropriate for the new challenge at Award Tree: Back from the Future

*OF NOTE: It appears many Flickr folks know or knew of someone who is/has resided in this particular Apartment Block. Who knew the universe could be so small and interconnected, huh? Please feel free to leave a note (now that Flickr has brought them back) as to which unit it is/was/shall ever be, so help be the lord!
