I thought the trail through the grain field to the lighthouse looked pretty good and I liked the shadows here. Very muddy path though as it had rained pretty hard the night before.

According to wikipedia;
Longstone Lighthouse was built and designed by Joseph Nelson in 1826, and was originally called the Outer Farne lighthouse.
The site had a long history of need for a light. In the late 17th century Sir John Clayton, and later, in 1755, Captain J. Blackhead, requested a light for the island. Both were turned down because the authorities, the Elder Brethren of Trinity House, were unable to persuade affected parties to contribute to the maintenance of the light.
In the mid-1820s the welfare of shipping won over and it was agreed that a lighthouse be constructed. The lighthouse originally used Argand lamps, but in 1952 was finally electrified, and in 1990 became fully automated.
The lighthouse is known for the 1838 wreck of the Forfarshire and the role of Grace Darling, the lighthouse keeper's daughter, in rescuing survivors.
Tours of the lighthouse, which is accessible by boat, are operated by The Golden Gate Boat Trip Company[1] under licence from Trinity House.

Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse is on the westcoast of the North Sea in Rubjer, in the Jutland municipality of Hjørring in northern Denmark. It was first lit on 27 December 1900. But due to erosion and large annual movements of the sand masses, it was decided to move the tower further inland, just because it was expected that the tower would fall into the sea by 2023... But it still towers high above the Danish dunes on the west coast.

The Dyrhólaey lighthouse consists of a square concrete tower, painted white with red trim. Integral keepers quarters are placed on the left and right sides of the tower. A red metal lantern house is placed on top of the tower.[2] The focal plane of the light is 118 m (387 ft). The overall height of the tower is 13 m (43 ft). The site (but not the tower) is open to visitors. The light flashes white every 10 seconds
The lighthouse of the Venetian harbor of Rethymno is the second largest remaining Egyptian lighthouse in Crete, after the lighthouse of Chania harbor. It is built on the edge of the old sea wall of Rethymnon and it can be accessed very easily.
The lighthouse we see today was built by the Egyptians during the decade of 1830, when the Turks handed Crete to the Egyptians. Possibly there was an older Venetian lighthouse at the site, just like Chania harbor.
