I was just leaving work tonight when I saw a pair of eagles flying over the field. I stopped, grabbed by camera and spent the next 20 mins or so shooting. Watched them fly over to the pines trees where I'd seen the one yesterday morning. I walked over there and was scanning the trees looking to see where they went. Just then one took off directly overhead. I got off 3 quick snaps. So cool.
I love being in the country!

Life ring, SS Red Oak Victory.
SS Red Oak Victory, a Boulder Victory-class cargo ship built during World War II, is the only survivor of the 747 ships built at the Kaiser Richmond Shipyards. She is one of only three surviving Victory ships, larger and faster than the earlier Liberty ships.
Launched as SS Red Oak Victory, she was named in honor of Red Oak, Iowa, a town that had suffered a disproportionate number of casualties during the war. She was then commissioned as a U.S. Navy cargo ship, USS Red Oak Victory (AK-235), serving as an ammunition ship in the South Pacific until the end of World War II.
Red Oak Victory was crewed by the U.S. Merchant Marine during activations in support of the Korean War, the Vietnam War, and several international relief operations.
Today she is a museum ship, berthed at what remains of the Kaiser Richmond shipyard.

Hey guys!!!
Okay so today was an amazing day (minus work=P)!
This morning woke up got ready for my dive, I finished my advanced scuba course (im still a newbie.) Then left went to the shop picked up a few things and left to the beach :D) Got out into the water and noticed, I believe a really big viking boat. They were fishing right on the reef (i dont mind.) I then noticed they were going to drop there anchor :O!!!!!!!!! RIGHT ON THE REEF!!!! I was really upset but I was unable to do anything about it. Then a coast guard boat went flying up near them and the pulled the anchor in :). Dropped down and started the dive. Saw a 5-6ft nurse shark, I wanted to get a picture of his face (like this picture.) I then clicked, and started taking video :( oh well got a nice video :). Then rest of the day saw my girlfriend (Andreanne) and then went to work.
Im going out on a boat dive you guys on Wednesday!!!!!!!!!!!!
