Some days we see stars everywhere...

A1, charcoal, chalk. Exploring the way colour and line can capture shape within the human form. Additionally using colour to show depth and to communicate the warmth of the still life. The strokes used were to show an appreciation the voluptuousness of the figure, considering how the human body is a masterpiece of engineering.

Visiting and watching old Havana, Varadero and the beautiful people. Revolution is what they breath and what they had learn, 50% of cubans are happy and 50% want to run away. But 100% of them are so happy, always dancing, singing and just living what their life. That I respect.

A gorgeous Japanese-themed setting was built over at Jakes Club Resort. Climbing the wooden stairs through the door and suddenly the world changes to Japan.

 

A beautiful stream with Koi fish and a temple graced the background. We walked over the bridge into a Japanese wonder.

 

Godzilla made an appearance without Mothra, but that overgrown lizard sure could dance! LOL!

 

Everyone was in kimonos! What a great party! A beautiful Saturday night in Second LIfe with good music and fun spirits! Woot! Thank you Jake and Baz!

We cycled out amongst the round huts outside of Bolgatanga (Ghana) and were amazed at the glimpse of daily life and friendliness of the people.

 

I live on Etopia- a sim devoted to sustainable living. Some people think that ecologically sound living can't be fabulous. Not so! There are many more choices today, so you can have your organic cake and eat it too!

I really liked the contrast of the same flower in different states, with of course a raindrop to catch my attention.

A Plaimont "1907" Madiran wine from France makes up this original oil on stretched canvas. Pears were added to add interest and movement to this work of art. Dimensions: 8" wide 10" high.

Park Life an ongoing Street Photography project

Base 60 sec exposure. Editing consisted of six layers blended in PS to get the look I wanted. Added selective contrast and dodge/burn to give a little more punch. Approx 3 hrs total time between studio and post processing.
