Life, although it might not always seem it. Life is pretty good. I was asked, by a tattooed normally drunk homeless man what I thought of the UK after he asked if I was English and thought I might be on his side.
I told him I love the place. Look around it great people are well fed. Most look half decently dressed. We have work a health care system. What more could we want. Then he went on about immigration and I said look around where are the immigrants who are on benefits. He pointed to a number of business. I said but they are working. He then said well I am homeless. At point his arguments were lost. Covered head to toe including his face in tattoos, a bad attitude and workshy way about him and he is moaning about immigration and the state of the country. Here's a thought mate. Maybe go to work so as you have some money to enjoy life a little more might be an idea.
I like to relax sometimes with a few set up still life pictures .
This set-up was taken at home on the kitchen table with a black background cloth and a few lilies lit with a diffused anglepoise light.

I am guilty. I am guilty of forgetting how precious one moment in time can be. It is so easy to forget the blessing God gives each day. I can’t believe how swiftly I can swing into a negative attitude, forgetting how far I have been brought.
Let me encourage you to celebrate the moment. This second, the next second is not yours until it arrives. Celebrate this breath not the next. The next may come and then again it might not. We have so many reasons to celebrate the moment. Celebrate yes celebrate who you are. If your day is not going good, celebrate anyway. Count your blessing, name them one by one, and see if that doesn’t change things. How can you be sad when life is so good?
How have you celebrated being alive today?
This photo was taken at the entrance to the New Market Chittagong, BD. There’s a store selling this cushions have some prints of emoji. Some happy emoji, aren’t they? Just within 1 or 2 feet distance I saw a shopkeeper who always sits outside of the market and sells item. He might not have ability to buy these fancy emoji printed cushions or items but he obviously tries to get these emojis in his life. He tries to keep his family member happy.
I saw on Facebook that today (17 July 2018) is world emoji day. Let these emojis get out of the screen, let them flow over our life. Hope everyone has some happy sweet days ahead. Let the happy emojis flow. Happy Emoji Day…
Thank you!

Jay and I were in Bahrain for two and a half years while I was teaching at the Bahraini Air Force. I arrived in January of 1989 and we ventured onward to Dubai in the middle of 1991. We lived in several locations during our time on the island.
