Midland Empire Chapter of the American Red Cross conducted CPR and first aid skills in the Gabrielle Giffords Honorary Save-a-Life Saturday. Dr. Melody Smith, Superintendent of the St. Joseph, MO school district and Janet Kropp are learning basic CPR skills.
