It's about time I shared what I've been up to recently. This is my layout project which has been slowly coming along since the beginning of 2020..until recently. With the last lego show before I leave for college almost a month away, I've been cranking away at getting this great project done.
It should be mentioned that a decent number of my builds are hidden off camera, or at least have yet to be photographed and put online. Some make it to different platforms before others, but this is the first bigger reveal of this project and I'm excited to show you what it looks like when it's all done. I've been making so many buildings and models that I can't keep up with sharing them, so what you see in these photos will be shown in greater detail later on.
One of the big things the layout lacks however is a name for the village that it will be based around. The signal box sign says "Wickford", however I don't think this will be the final name. Any suggestions?
Many more photos to come. It's already looking spectacular and i can't wait until it's finished. Enjoy!
I really hope you like our new layout, this time I decided to go back to our main colors: Pink & Black.
This HUD will be included with future releases from now on.
★ What's new?
❥ Smaller frame (less screen space used)
❥ Position has been changed from left to right side, this way is not going to block popular head/body huds.
❥ Multi-tab options for:
1. Textures: (Might be adding extra tab for large HUDs)
2. Customize: Tint, Materials, Full Bright, Glow, Delete Scripts.
3. Social Media
❥ Specular Intensity: Light - Medium - Dark.
This option is very useful to work with projectors and bright windlights.
- This feature is not going to be available with all items, this is because some textures require custom materials which are going to be applied automatically with any color/pattern you click on.
- Due to this new feature, I've removed "Glossiness 0 to 100".
❥ Larger Tint frame + RGB Menu.
❥ Storage slots have been reduced from 10 to 3.
Unpacker HUD and Logo still to be updated.
Have a good day!
xoxo
I wrote recently that I sensed we were starting something new. A phase of realisation and acceptance of our son's challenges. Less and less he is able to, or have the desire to venture into the garden with me. Instead of walking or wheeling along the paths, his preference is to stay close to the safety of his 'window' and just look. Often with unseeing eyes, but occasionally watching my every move out there.
Time is always against me in spending time doing what I love out in the garden and so, I am starting to simplify the layout, creating a view from the window rather than discovering it all as we used to as we wandered. I am lifting paths and borders and laying turf, bringing focus onto key specimen plants which our son can see as he just looks out.
As we started this project he was gripped by another seizure and as I cradled him on the lawn until he recovered sufficiently to sit on the garden bench recovering further. The future really is uncertain, but my attempts at creating a world through his window need changing to accommodate his needs to day.
I hope you will like what I create, it will be simple, but it will also provide, support and reassurance .... and maybe more stories :-))

**Give yourself some credit! What ingenious idea or creative solution to a problem have you come up with?**
So it's not really an ingenious idea, but at least it's another layout done. And that makes me 100% on my very first LOAD. I used a sketch from RSG2 for this layout.
* Sunset night photo *
... simple layout. Sketch the beauty of the sunset. With the gray brown of the land. Silhouette of the branches. The formation of three-dimensional strong contrast. With yesterday's warm color. Completely different palette .
A quick picture of my layout so far. I've been building a micropolis module every week so far this year. These new modules are being added to what I already have. This is probably about a quarter of the finished layout
It's a bit messy, but it's hard to get everything in frame if the layout covers most of the floorspace in your apartment.
A model prepares in front of the mirror. Rebutton! Hungarian is fashionable! fashion show, which is really a clothing design competition and fashion show in Hungary.
When I took this photo, the dressing room was very crowded. Hairdressers, makeup artists, they were everywhere, and then I saw her. She was waiting for her hairdresser. But autofocus of my telephoto lens was a bit problem, and so I changed the autofocus manual, and then I switched on again, now it was okay, so I took this photo. I put the focus on layout. It was a typical long day for me, but I enjoyed it.
I dedicate this photo to my greatest muse Éva Herczegh!
Hello all,
Sorry for the long silence, have been bussy with school/ exams and other things in life.
The layout hasn't chanced very much since the last post, I added some minor things but not very much.
Today I built up the layout in the living room to check if the tracks were smooth and if there were any other problems and afther some tests I started packing for the Noppenbahner event this weekend.
There are some small things that I need to improve so thats a nice task for tomorrow.
Enjoy the pictures!
