It's about time I shared what I've been up to recently. This is my layout project which has been slowly coming along since the beginning of 2020..until recently. With the last lego show before I leave for college almost a month away, I've been cranking away at getting this great project done.
It should be mentioned that a decent number of my builds are hidden off camera, or at least have yet to be photographed and put online. Some make it to different platforms before others, but this is the first bigger reveal of this project and I'm excited to show you what it looks like when it's all done. I've been making so many buildings and models that I can't keep up with sharing them, so what you see in these photos will be shown in greater detail later on.
One of the big things the layout lacks however is a name for the village that it will be based around. The signal box sign says "Wickford", however I don't think this will be the final name. Any suggestions?
Many more photos to come. It's already looking spectacular and i can't wait until it's finished. Enjoy!

I really hope you like our new layout, this time I decided to go back to our main colors: Pink & Black.
This HUD will be included with future releases from now on.
★ What's new?
❥ Smaller frame (less screen space used)
❥ Position has been changed from left to right side, this way is not going to block popular head/body huds.
❥ Multi-tab options for:
1. Textures: (Might be adding extra tab for large HUDs)
2. Customize: Tint, Materials, Full Bright, Glow, Delete Scripts.
3. Social Media
❥ Specular Intensity: Light - Medium - Dark.
This option is very useful to work with projectors and bright windlights.
- This feature is not going to be available with all items, this is because some textures require custom materials which are going to be applied automatically with any color/pattern you click on.
- Due to this new feature, I've removed "Glossiness 0 to 100".
❥ Larger Tint frame + RGB Menu.
❥ Storage slots have been reduced from 10 to 3.
Unpacker HUD and Logo still to be updated.
Have a good day!
xoxo
It's a bit messy, but it's hard to get everything in frame if the layout covers most of the floorspace in your apartment.
A model prepares in front of the mirror. Rebutton! Hungarian is fashionable! fashion show, which is really a clothing design competition and fashion show in Hungary.
When I took this photo, the dressing room was very crowded. Hairdressers, makeup artists, they were everywhere, and then I saw her. She was waiting for her hairdresser. But autofocus of my telephoto lens was a bit problem, and so I changed the autofocus manual, and then I switched on again, now it was okay, so I took this photo. I put the focus on layout. It was a typical long day for me, but I enjoyed it.
I dedicate this photo to my greatest muse Éva Herczegh!
The 1871-6 Italianate ashlar Grade II listed Thorpe Buildings in Bradford city centre, on the corner of Ivegate and Tyrrel Street. Designed by Thomas Hope and David Jardine, who were responsible for many imposing buildings in Bradford; Hope was "largely responsible" for the layout of Manningham as a then fashionable new residential suburb.
One of the jobs that I find very relaxing to do is building scenery and its a tricky thing to make it look right to the real thing yet not over do it and make it appear crowded. I used to hate doing trees but have now found a technique which though fairly spartan on parts does have the right real world 'look' in my opinion.
I have built a wall and fence and behind them is a pavement and road giving access to the future coal yard and bridge, yet to be built, which will span the station throat to give access to the engine shed etc.
Hello all,
Sorry for the long silence, have been bussy with school/ exams and other things in life.
The layout hasn't chanced very much since the last post, I added some minor things but not very much.
Today I built up the layout in the living room to check if the tracks were smooth and if there were any other problems and afther some tests I started packing for the Noppenbahner event this weekend.
There are some small things that I need to improve so thats a nice task for tomorrow.
Enjoy the pictures!
I'd like to wish all those who have followed, commented, liked and viewed my photos during 2017 a very happy Christmas, and best wishes for the new year :)
The photo is of one of my model railway layouts, 'Tighte End Yard', which is a fictitious 4mm scale/00 gauge DRS servicing depot based somewhere in the north of England. The closest loco is a Hornby class 20, which has been rebuilt and modified, then repainted to depict a DRS machine. This engine is devoid of its motor, and I use it in nuclear flask workings to 'double head' with motored locos. The middle engine is a Bachmann general release model of 57309 'Pride of Crewe'. This model has had improved PH Designs radiator grilles added, as well as extra marker lights as per the full size engine. The rear loco is a Bachmann model of 66412. This engine has been renumbered to 66428 and has had new light clusters added to better represent the prototype.
