Well this isn't something I see very often. All these pelicans hanging out together. This day I had a Manatee swim about 2 feet in front of me, he was on a mission to go somewhere and didn't stick around. I was sure there was nothing to photograph and then all the pelicans started to grop together.

La zona antigua del puerto está quedando francamente bien. Creo que éste era el muelle de donde partían y arrivaban los mineros que iban a probar fortuna a Alaska durante la fiebre del oro. Ahora es una trampa para turistas con buenos restaurantes.

I was out shooting this morning @ 5am and drove past a small airport as the sun was starting to glow. This is the main landing strip covered in a foggy mist.

Second day in a row this Osprey came in and landed in a tree that overlooks the pond, same branch, same time. I will look for him/her again tonight.

It is not easy for a canada goose to get back on safe ground :)
