#172 from Thursday, at Falconer Road (South Wye). This was my first time to shoot the 4000 and at the top of my list was a nice HOT shot, or two. Having missed that shot at South Fork (Grrrr, I was there and left) I did get it here. At least it meets my standards. I could get use to that blue real easy!
A chance find while out with a couple of friends looking at Mazda MX5s for one of them. 68k on the clock and currently taxed, but presumably only recently back on the road after a long lay-up. The current MOT (Dec) is the first and only one on the system.
A couple of period stickers on view here too. I remember those anti-theft stickers (with the dog, in the rear window) from the late '80s, early '90s.

We return to our chase of #125 way back on the 14th. Here it is leaving the location formerly know as East Talmage (now Titan).
Two more from yesterday's i75 chase. West Talmage with leaves falling like snow and being kicked up by I75 (stealing a shot from EMB's playbook).
On our way to Marquette Thursday afternoon we noted 500 on the log landing spur north of M-28 and a string of storage cars on the DSS&A east of town. On our return Sunday morning the storage cars had all be removed and placed south on the former Milwaukee Road and 500 was now positioned south of M-28, its spot on the log spur replaced by a number of track machines. I'm guessing E&LS is doing additional work on their DSS&A line after some heavy brushing and tie work earlier this year.
