This little experimental loaf sure smelled nice while baking. It contains bread and whole wheat flour, granola, yeast, semi-diluted evaporated milk, and a 'tad' each of butter, salt and brown sugar. I haven't sliced it just yet, but I'll let you know what I think.

I've been practicing both baking bread and using my flash + soft box set up in my kitchen. Canon 430EX II in an Impact Quikbox on the right side and improvised with a white dinner plate to fill in the shadows on the left.
