Another entry for the Iron Forge Final. Since I really love the witcher books and series, it was time to do a MOC from this realm. The seed part (hinge plate 1x2 top plate) makes Geralts arms bend, but you'll find it all over ^^

My Lego model of Detroit's Penobscot Building. I recently test assembled it outside of my house (I do not have ceilings high enough to put it up indoors). This Lego skyscraper measures 9.5 feet to the roof and 11 feet to the tip of the mast. I am not 100% satisfied with the proportions so I may remove one of the top floors and perhaps add three floors in the middle section. It was displayed to the public for the first time at Cobo Conference Center from July 27-29 as part of the Lego train display at the 2007 NMRA National Train Show.

Since this photo was taken, I have rebuilt the building with a more accurate 47 stories instead of the old 41 story version. Its about the same overall height since I reduced the height of the 6th and higher floors by 1 brick.

By the way, my height is 5'10".

Tanks lowered, splashers added, running board extended, cab detailed, trimline added. I’m fine with calling this done :)

The Magnolias on 10th --- The newest luxury development at Wasabi District!

With 18 stories, over 9000 LEGO pieces and measuring over 6 feet tall, this modern skyscraper is the tallest, largest building in the Wasabi District!

The 1st floor lobby of the hotel.

My first build for the third round of the Iron Forge 2025! Just a small one to get us started as this week is turning out a lot busier than expected, but I think quite a fun use of the new seed part; the plant stem!

21 used total, 1 for the hair, 1 for the umbrella, and the rest for the raindrops.

Also - a chance to mess around with making figures, something I feel definitely isn't one of my strengths! I'm pretty happy with how the face came out.

For the Bricking Bavaria exhibition I built some small builds for the collaboration "Skytopia" with the guys from www.RogueBricks.de

Here you see "White Thunder" - just a quick build to fill the space of the collaboration above the sky.

A mush-mash of design elements I found on rebrickable that I liked. No real life basis, but wanted something to stand out amongst my other vehicles

Iron Forge round 2, seed part: Banana (meaning use banana piece in creative way)

Built in September 2016. What started as an overnight effort to copy my oldest son's Cub Scout Pinewood Derby car in LEGO form to surprise him the next morning quickly grew to include additional models over the course of the following week.

More models to come!

LEGO-compatible Pinewood Derby wheels can be found at derbymagic.com/minibrickderby.html

Here's some more random construction sneak peeks. I hope to finish this off very soon!

Southeastern side of Cuboid Garden House.

This house has a number of cuboid bodies linked together by a dark blue tiled hallway hosting a spiral staircase. Large glass windows offer a view of the ground floor and roof garden. Solar panels and home grown vegetables contribute to a sustainable way of living.

Tackling my first big original MOC in fine scale since the Atlantic.

Using a mixture of new techniques from Block Junction MOCs and album stalking, I’m trying hard to get my proportions down without too much compensation for r56 curves. So far it’s promising!

Here are the instructions for my latest model, since so many of you asked me to make them on Reddit. If you have questions, or encounter any problems while building feel free to ask me for some advise.

More than 42 inches tall, More than 6000 pieces, this hip, modern apartment skyscraper is my second tallest and second biggest MOC, located in the heart of Wasabi District.

Includes amenities such as a rooftop swimming pool up top and Wasabi District's first Dunkin Donuts.

This tree is super solid. Can you guess how I built it this way? My first attempt took about three weeks and then totally fell apart. Three months later I had a solid build. I made two different sizes. One super big and the other large. The smaller one is up on Lego ideas so please go VOTE for it there. TAELMARIS VAUNDBRIAE, THE FROSTCLEAVER.

(Winter Wipeout, Pt. 2)

This is my second entry into the Winter Wipeout contest hosted by @haon.brx over on Instagram! The theme for this second week was "Frost Knights." My entry is a Tiefling Champion Fighter, with a powerful frosty axe as her favored weapon. Taelmaris is known as the "Frostcleaver," and her reputation for her cold ruthlessness in combat contrasts with her otherwise jubilant and hopeful demeanor.

As mentioned in the first post, there's a bit of story and lore wrapped in the form of some poetry/lyrics, so read on if you're curious!

"She heard the call, her people's plea,

To put an end to this winter e'ermore,

For starve would her kin, their stores neared empty,

Yet the blizzard that raged did not cease, did not bore.

They claimed that the cause of the ice that spread far

Lie buried in the Ice Reach Isle up north,

Some forgotten curse, from a tomb left ajar,

From the King of the Ancients, the cold winds doth pour forth.

She took up her axe and she set off toward fate

To meet with each savior she'd one day call friend.

At her courage would their misfortunes abate

For her strength and her bravery knew not an end.

When Taelmaris disembarked upon the isle

And found a land riddled with monster and foe,

She fell beast after beast with her axe and her guile

And shielded her allies from each perilous blow."

Trying out my phone’s new camera. Still figuring out better ways to edit and filter so please bare with me lol

‘Clean’ photos for the Brick Train Awards. I don’t think there was much surprise that I’d want to enter it lol.

Another build for 2nd round of Iron Forge, the seed part being the tap piece

A Classic Space Hangar Scene. Actually a while ago, i had a very similar build, but for another contest in a much smaller scale

Here is the completed model of The Queen Bricktoria Pub, built with real bricks.

If you want to have a go at building the model yourself you can find the instructions on Rebrickable.

A 15 x 15 foot Michigan LEGO Train Club layout at Model Train Show held in the Grayling middle school during the Grayling Harvest Festival.

My replica of Detroit's old Union Depot is still a work in progress (its about 2/3 complete!)

Who watches the watchmen??

Built for round one of the Rogue Olympics. All entries must be at 101 parts count or below.

My entry is from my main account here.

I believe it's 94 parts per the image here.

Should be a great contest!

My newest addition to the Wasabi District. About 3000 pieces and the size of a typical CREATOR Expert corner building.

Irish Pub on the first floor, while a hostel is situated on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Hey everyone!

Alongside my usual projects, I’ve been working on something a little different — a LEGO Ideas build of the Little Women Orchard House.

I’d love your help in making it a real LEGO set! All it takes is a quick vote on LEGO Ideas. It’s free, and your support would mean the world to me.

Lego 10218 Pet Shop Alternative Build

Instructions are now available on Rebrickable!

After four years of LEGO construction, my model of the Penobscot Block is complete. It includes models of the Savoyard Center, 1900 (1 foot high), original Penobscot Building, 1905 (3 feet high), Ford Building, 1909 (4 feet high), Penobscot Annex, 1913 (5.5 feet high), and the Penobscot Building, 1928 (9.5 feet to roof, 11 feet to top of spire). The entire block probably weighs on the order of 400 pounds.

The Penobscot Block is being displayed at the Midland Center for the Arts as part of the Art of the Brick exhibit featuring the LEGO art of Nathan Sawaya (June 12 to September 2, 2010). Eighteen of J Spencer Rezkalla's microscale skyscrapers comprising his Skyline exhibit are also on display. The Michigan LEGO train club will have a train and town layout with operating LEGO trains.

Entry for the third round of the MOC Olympics on the German LUG 'Imperium der Steine' (www.ImperiumDerSteine.de)

Task was to show the content in the orange cargo boxes allover the Star Wars universe and why is everybody searching and fighting to get them. I had to describe a possibility (could also be funny) and of course build this scene.

I am a big fan of Eero Okkonen so I decided this time to build two figures with bricks, which I never did before. But I think it worked out fine.

My scene shows Ainoo Ziehkah, the hero of a rebel crew from the fictive movie 'The Next Sith' and a Stormtrooper who found the kyber cristal in the form of a LEGO MiniFig - which gives him special power and makes him the possible next Sith.

So in the boxes are LEGO sets - of course. Do you like this idea? :)

Here's some more random construction sneak peeks. I hope to finish this off very soon!

I bought the Townhouse Toy Store set 31105 on sale a while back planning to make it into a modular building. While it's a bolder color than I would normally choose, the design translates well to a 16-stud modular.

The Magnolias on 10th --- The newest luxury development at Wasabi District!

As the first boss of Nier: Automata, this goliath-class offspring between industrial bucketwheel excavator and doomsday machine looks like it belongs somewhere else than in the tutorial.

My eight and final entry for the final round of, scratch that, for the *entire* Iron Forge 2025. It has been an absolute PLEASURE.

Three seed parts used for the beetle, plus more than I can be bothered to count for the grass. As well as some Mudguards and Minifig Heads, as a final salute to the competition.

Also - No editing photos together, this is all one shot!
