There have many projects I have worked on on-and-off for the past few months, but I have finally stared a quite big project I have wanted to do for some time. It will be a challenge, and may take a few months, but I can't wait to complete it.

Thanks for looking!

btw any guesses?

Memory Lane Collaborative Build. David Guedes and I built this trip down memory lane. It features buildings and hot rods built by each of us and is packed with little details. This Lego MOC Has brick built SNOT roads and back alley ways. More pics here flickr.com/photos/44429529@N04/sets/72157666341053858

According to historical reports, the temple was set on fire in 356

BC by Herostratus. You may find him sneaking around in the

model somewhere, not to mention a disastrous open-mic Karaoke performance from Medusa.

My current progress on the Porsche 944 project. I worked on this for about an hour and was liking the results, but then my computer died and I lost it. However, when I started again, I found what I was doing to be slightly out of scale. So, I raised the roof (woot woot) by a stud, moved the front in one, and the windscreen back. I then worked some on the back, but didn't fully finish because of time. I am really liking the shape of this, especially the back. As always, I would appreciate any ideas to improve it further. Hoping to get this one finished so I can revise some of my older models (Audi R8 and Toyota MR2 Spyder).

A bit of a departure from what I usually build. Got inspired by the concrete sculptures by David Umemoto and decided to make my own in the medium I'm most comfortable in. Eliminating gaps and studs to get a clean pour took some time as I had just enough silicone and concrete for one go at it. It's not perfect but I think the imperfections adds to the weathered look. Will post some process pics on instagram for anyone interested.

Tanks lowered, splashers added, running board extended, cab detailed, trimline added. I’m fine with calling this done :)

This was my entry for the Rebrick Mini Building Madness contest where the goal was to build a mini modular building of your own design. This was a fun challenge.

"This is the office building of a cutting edge architect firm. The firm is known for it's grand buildings with heavy concrete look mixed with beatiful and odd shapes. Their own office building is a great example of their unique style. This style gathered also a lot of negative reactions from the public and the building received a not so flattering name of "Car Park". It's the type of building that at first sticks out like a sore thumb but over time becomes a major landmark of the area."

The name says it all. These are just facades of buildings done to display at the back of any city layout. Kind of block the 'behind the table space'.

Bedroom of Cocoa Jungle Cottage MOC. Minimalistic but (hopefully) elegant.

Cocoa Jungle Cottage is a modern and comfortable weekend home in junglelike surroundings. Reddish brown, dark brown, tan and dark tan are the dominant colours.

Downstairs you find an entrance hallway, a bathroom and an open area with kitchen and TV-lounge. Upstairs you find a bedroom and terrace with a hanging roof. As usual I´ve used a lot of tiles and SNOT-techniques to create the interiors. I think it gives the home a more authentic feeling.

My first GWR tender engine. A fun medium train build that I’m very jazzed about!

Closer look to my newest MOC that was released last week. Hope you enjoy it!

An ominous rumble sounded throughout the ship as the massive ion engines roared to life. Dormant for months while the exterior of the corvette was being repaired, the ship's crew were apprehensive as to whether the engines would still start.

"Coolant pumps are running a little hot, but besides that all is running smoothly!" shouted the technician over the hum of the pumps he was checking.

"Good," replied the lead engineer, "the captain wants us fully operational within a week, something about a new deployment.

With a laugh the technician muttered, "We haven't even cleaned the rust from the inside, does the captain even realize this ship is almost 3 years old."

"Oh he realizes, command just doesn't care about how the interior looks, they just care about getting ships to the front line."

This is my second build for the swfactionsrpg, and was for the Flight Decks LTC.

LORD OF THE DESERT.

It's that time of year again!! I'm super excited to participate in this year's #halloweenhabitats25 and #letsbuildhalloween2 challenges! They were probably the most fun challenges I participated in last year, and I couldn't wait to add to my stack. This year, while I am only doing 3 builds instead of 6, I did try to tackle some building styles and techniques I'd previously not touched. I always like to learn new methods to depict something, and I'm always on the hunt to expand my repertoire! The main technique on display here that I've never tried before is representing a sky(specifically a sunset) in bricks. Had I more space, I'd have liked to show the full gradient all the way to a dark blue, but I'm still pretty happy with how it turned out! If you're looking for lore, read on!

Across the realms, deserts share a host of common foes, monsters, and baddies you can run into whilst adventuring. Chiefly among those you'd likely rather NOT run into is the Mummy Lord! Dwelling in old tombs and pyramids, this is one of the more powerful undead that exist, and packs a whole host of immunities that make it a pain to deal with. A potent spellcaster with access to dark and dangerous magic, the Mummy Lord is an enemy you only want to fight if there is no other option. From releasing negative energy waves to turning into a column of sand, to even paralyzing foes with its Dreadful Glare, this sinister undead adversary has no shortage of ways to truly devastate would-be heroes looking to slay it.

Hey! Here's my newest build. This time mixing the hits of Rascal Flatts in Cars and the insanity of Star Wars. I built this for an Imperial Builders Division contest. I hope you all enjoy this movie mashup as much as the last!! Thanks for stopping by and checking it out!

This tree is super solid. Can you guess how I built it this way? My first attempt took about three weeks and then totally fell apart. Three months later I had a solid build. I made two different sizes. One super big and the other large. The smaller one is up on Lego ideas so please go VOTE for it there. Here is the link: ideas.lego.com/projects/e299db50-89bc-41e5-a69d-1f51520093e4

Here's some WIP images of my latest project. I have been working on this the past month or so. Please check @wooootles on Instagram, as I tend to put more WIP images there (whereas my Flickr has more finished images)

Custom lego build of a B-Class Darjeeling Railway locomotive. It's a fully functional model with working lights and wireless connectivity through S-Brick

Since the collab with Ron, this is what I have been working on. A new version of the stunning Pagani Huayra.

The why: In a discussion with Ron_dayes recently, he pointed out that why I was struggling with supercars was because of my frames. They were all flat and mostly 4-wide. He gave me some excellent blueprints with really great techniques, and I started right after.

As put in the description, this is not the finished product. I would appreciate any ideas to make it look even better!

And I also must mention Jonas Kramm, who built the tree I based mine on. Go check out his page www.flickr.com/photos/legols/

As the first boss of Nier: Automata, this goliath-class offspring between industrial bucketwheel excavator and doomsday machine looks like it belongs somewhere else than in the tutorial.

The Second Battle of the Marne, sometimes called the Battle of Reims, was a series of German offensives and Allied counter-offensives, which took place on the Western Front, here the Second Battle of the Marne took place in the North-East of the France from May 27 to August 6, 1918, with decisive events from July 15 to 20, 1918.

World premiere of my huge Ankh-Morpork diorama (from Terry Pratchetts Discworld novels) at Berlin Steinewahn 2022. Took me one year to finish and I had a blast exhibiting it for the first time. As always between networking and chatting there was not enough time to take pictures, but I'll make more at the following exhibitions. See you next weekend in Skaerbaek !!

A Neo Fabuland Fire Station

This build is part of a larger display I built in 2025, revisiting and expanding on the concept of Neo Fabuland—a reinterpretation of the classic Fabuland aesthetic, much like how Neo-Classic Space draws inspiration from the original Classic Space theme. If you’re curious, you can read more about the goals of the project here.

All six builds for this display are now complete, but so far I have only posted three sections, Padbrook Town, Maximillian’s Watermill and Hilltop Station, and this is the fourth one I completed.

This build is not inspired by an existing Fabuland set. It features a fire station building with observation tour, a fire engine and rescue in progress.

An alternate edit of my entry for the first round of Rogue Olympics! The theme is "Twilight", and the limitation is a maximum of 101 pieces. I used 99 here.

This entire photo is just lit by the phone underneath the campfire. I really dig the vibes here, although the original felt more true to the prompt; "Twilight".

The scene is inspired by Dark Souls, where the protagonist tries to capture a moment of peace at the Bonfire before heading back out there.

Submission and piece breakdown on Roguebricks

Here are the instructions for my latest model, since so many of you asked me to make them on Reddit. If you have questions, or encounter any problems while building feel free to ask me for some advise.

Build created for the Rogue Olympics contest!

101 parts exactly, and some fun editing and graphic design afterwards :)

To meet the part count it's a shell... and only has three wheels haha.

Enjoy!

I revisited my Apple Store - cladding the exterior in black bricks which makes the building look much more sophisticated. The double walls led to a smaller interior footprint which feels more realistic with the addition of the white tile floor. Definitely the place to pick up the latest iPhone.

I’ve agonized over this stupid engine. And I wouldn’t be as intent on accuracy if the original MOC hadn’t been my oldest build.

I’ve attempted as much detail as I can without compromising structure or coming across too garish. This compromise meant abandoning loose coal to hide the techniques and shifting the ’tanks’ all over the body to accommodate wiring and an attempt at representing internal running gear.

The sanding gear, bunker steps, cab detail, and brakes were all labors of love to incorporate and I finally feel rest in my soul that this 1400 can no longer be called an inaccurate Jinty or green Thomas. Pieces have ALL arrived finally from blubrix and bricklink so I can now start on my ‘big’ new project. Happy to shelve this tank.

MARVEL X D&D: THE ROGUE

This is the tenth post of a series that explores what a number of fantastical Marvel characters would be if they were one of the 13 different classes of Dungeons and Dragons (5e). The tenth of these classes is the Rogue.

Black Widow (Assassin Archetype)

Rogues are classically thought of as the character that's excellent at infiltration, stealth, and assassinations--especially the assassin archetype. Black Widow absolutely fits this class, right down to the tragically dark backstory. An expert in hand-to-hand combat, using disguises, and general spy tactics, Black Widow embodies the rogue through and through.

Under-construction view of my LEGO model of the Fort Street Union Depot with a 52 x 54 stud modular addition to the station. When all modular additions are complete this will allow me to display all or part of this station in various configurations from 3 x 3 (32 studs LxW) base plates up to 5 x 6 base plates depending on the available space on each MIchigan LEGO Train Club layout.

As I may have mentioned before the model is not completely accurate since I changed the station from a terminal to the through-station by allowing the trains to pass under arches added to the south wing. Six of the seven bays of the south wing have tracks; the seventh, on the near corner is more like the appearance of the real station since all tracks ended on the other side of the prototype.

More than 42 inches tall, More than 6000 pieces, this hip, modern apartment skyscraper is my second tallest and second biggest MOC, located in the heart of Wasabi District.

Includes amenities such as a rooftop swimming pool up top and Wasabi District's first Dunkin Donuts.

Part A of my most recent Medieval Village build. Experimented with two different build styles for the roofing structure of the two twin buildings.

This is the office floor, with a receptionist's desk, 3 office desks and a manager's office, as well as a storage room.

Never done before at a large scale (and we found out why) Marina Bay sands from Singapore.

Everything about this building was difficult. constant curves and changing shapes made it amazingly time consuming.

On the right: my new build for the Iron Forge 2025, using the seed part of minifigure heads.

On the left: the frog I built for #frogust about 4 months ago.

Both were made in one evening. I think I prefer the new guy.

Contracted by the Duggonian Space Navy to produce tech for the war, the city of Scrindivari quickly became a valuable asset to the DSN after their first design, the MPv Hardsuit, proved itself well in the battlefield. The MPv Hardsuit enables soldiers to carry more tools and weapons, all while shielding them from enemy fire. Additionally, these hardsuits can easily be outfitted and specialized for certain environments, giving the DSN the best possible troops in a variety of environments. Pictured here are the three main environmental variants of the MPv Hardsuit, as from left to right these are the variants designed for outer space, undersea, and underground. The outer space hardsuit is equipped with a plasma battle axe, standard issue for all MPv Hardsuits. These axes allow for close, melee combat, but also can be useful in other military options when something just needs to be chopped. Other weapon systems on this hardsuit include a shoulder-mounted rocket launcher for long range targets, and also a shoulder-mounted tri-barreled machine gun for normal combat with soldiers. Additionally, this hardsuit is often seen with a laser welder, as these hardsuits are frequently used when repairing external damage any space stations or starfighters have taken on during the course of battle. This hardsuit is also equipped with a large oxygen tank, allowing pilots to go for extended space walks without concern. The undersea hardsuit has the same plasma battle axe, but its other weapons are quite different, with it having two separate shoulder mounted gun systems. One is a electric railgun, with pinpoint accuracy making up for the lesser power it gives. On the other shoulder is the opposite, a less accurate but extremely powerful gatling gun. Finally, this undersea hardsuit is equipped with a handheld grappling hook launcher to assist in undersea recovery and salvage missions. In addition it also has a large oxygen tank, again giving pilots the ability to go on longer missions without having to return to breathable air as often, and this model also has rotor packs on its back to allow for quick travel under the water. The underground mining hardsuit offers yet another different array of accessories, though again it comes standard with the same plasma battle axe. It also has an advanced pulse rifle with excellent power and accuracy. Its final weapon system is the dynamite launcher, useful for blowing up enemy vehicles but also for blasting new pathways underground. For the times when a more delicate touch is needed during mining, this hardsuit is also outfitted with the large forward facing drill. While this drill does slow down this suit's maneuverability it also gives it the ability to make paths and tunnels anywhere it needs to, and of course it can also be used to really tear a part an enemy combatant's outpost.

----------

Here are some new builds, or really just one frame with different weapons and accessories. My first time building what I would consider a hardsuit, and I'm pretty pleased with how they turned out considering the limitations I had. These were built for Decisive Action 4: Hammer to Fall, as I am assisting General Hughes as a Burgomeister, with these being built for the hardsuit category (main specification being that they must be under 8 bricks tall). All of these fit a full minifigure in them, and I quite enjoyed the challenge of doing essentially a mech that fits a figure in it, so I'm sure I'll be doing more hardsuits like this eventually!

A big thank you to Douglas Hughes for doing the editing on the original photo (which had shown them being under 8 bricks tall), support his effort in this game by faving the photos on his General Hughes account!

Bumped this photo because I replaced it with a nicer image.
