Medieval Watchtower build for some Dragon Knights! The tower by itself would have felt a bit empty, so I attached a small stable next to the tower.

Doing some proportion tweaking for a pannier design.

Talking with Ron_Dayes a few months back, we both mentioned how cool the Lego booklet photos used to be. Large, brick-built settings for all those little sets you could buy. After some brainstorming, Ron had the idea for a beach scene, a nod to the Paradisa and Town themes of old. With some incredible building from Ron and 18 hours of rendering, here it is!

If you look close, there are a lot of old sets remade in here, including the Sand Dollar Cafe, the Beach Hut, a Town Delivery Van, and so on. There are also two new cars for the collab, a Nissan Skyline R31, and an awesome Jeep/Land Rover that Ron made.

This is part of an on-going project that Ron and I are doing, trying to create a fun Lego world in 1/43 scale. If you are interested in trying your hand at it, shoot me a message, and go check out Ron's feed for some great scaling ideas!

I have to give a huge thanks to Ron on this project, he spent hours building most of this great scenery, and his cars are just perfect as always!

This was rendered using the fantastic Mecabricks importer for Blender, made by Mr. Jarraud. Go check out his website and try it out!

Thanks for looking, and look out for more possible collabs in the future!

Another build for Fractured Kingdoms.

This one has seen many many different versions. This looks nothing like I originally thought it would. But I love it!

First entry for the contest of the new Nine Kingdoms I am playing at www.RogueBricks.de

It shows a transport cart for some items the soldiers may need for the war against the monsters.

Please excuse the render quality, I haven't used Stud.io very much and this was not perfect by any means :P

Here is one of my current projects, a "Fictitious" Supercar. I started by looking over Ron's Lambo, then taking the basic shape and just adding and subtracting till I was happy. Please note, like all my cars, this is still a WIP. I will point out some problem areas in the notes, ideas are welcome :)

I will probably try to upload something else new this weekend, have a good one!

Once the major cities in the DRC and Zambia had been retaken, the only Eurasian strongholds remaining were their bases scattered throughout Central Africa. Some of these were located near a few of the major cities, but many were in remote and distant locations, having helped kept them hidden prior to Operation Isandlwana. To ensure Central Africa remained under UFA control we knew it was imperative to stomp out the Eurasian presence at these bases and preemptively end any chance at them reigniting the war from within. Multiple strike teams consisting of Oceania Advanced Infantry were again called in after their exemplary performance at the port of Soyo and airstrips throughout the region. Led by ranking members of the UFA, these teams infiltrated all the various Eurasian bases, killing the soldiers and higher ranking officers.

After we had taken out the Eurasian presence in Kinshasa the final mission of Operation Cetshwayo was taking out the Eurasian bases. My squad and I were sent on from Kinshasa up to the base near Kisangani, while other strike teams were deployed at the other bases. Our objective was simple: infiltrate the base and kill everyone. Then, destroy the base so as to make sure no one else could use the remaining supplies. This would be the final blow to Eurasia’s efforts in Central Africa, and with it we would be able to annex the DRC and Zambia, using their resources to further the UFA’s strength.

-Log of UFA Lieutenant Melokuhle Dlamini

EPILOGUE:

Operation Cetshwayo was over, and a resounding success. Eurasia’s presence in Central Africa was completely pushed out, with no remaining bases or forces left in the DRC or Zambia. All that remained were a few rough militant and rebel groups that had received funding from Eurasia before the start of the war, and without Eurasia’s continued presence these groups would be able to be easily eliminated as well. UFA casualties had been very low, and the alliance with Oceania had proven extremely useful as their operatives had been highly successful on the specialized objectives they were called in for. After taking the cities of the DRC and Zambia, the UFA also now had control of much of sub-Saharan Africa, and the resources gained from their invasion would be invaluable in continuing their ascent up the world power chain.

Decently happy with this scene, I like most of it a lot except for the window on the left, the foliage outside that didn't turn out as I had wanted. However I'm quite happy with the lighting for this and most of the rest of it, hope you all like it and that you enjoyed these three scenes for this story!

Inspired by this scene and this scene.

Nimble legs come handy when navigating 2090s traffic jams. Cute face was added after continuous feedback from patients complaining about the cold, empty eyes staring down at them.

My entry for Space Jam 2019s futuristic first responder -category.

Well, it's been a minute. This is actually a build from a few weeks back, but I am just now getting to post it.

Sad to say, some stuff has kept me really busy lately and I haven't been able to do much (not even a Meca render for this). But rest assured, I will keep building, it just may be more spaced out. :)

Thanks for Looking!

Hi guys!

I’m back after a break and I’m really happy to announce that I’m back with something really special. I have worked on this MOC since August and I think that it’ll really make you feel satisfied to look at.

The MOC shows the patrol of Alborne kingdom on their old terrains which were attacked and ruined by their enemies long time ago.

To be honest, I’m really proud how it turned out. Also I have to say that it’s very heartwarming for me that I could be back to you guys after a very hard period of time. Enjoy!

This weeks entry for the 101 parts challenge 'RogueOlympics' on the German RLOC RogueBricks was "Big & Small" (Groß & Klein).

I decided to build a camera that captures big things and makes them smaller inside.

Of course, I had again built in a Little Robot: This time it's Noisy. He, too, is reflected in the lens in a scaled-down way. In his hand he holds a beige 2x2 Modulex Brick, which of course is also available larger from LEGO System.

I am happy that the printed Nintendo Sets tiles fits so well for the camera.

Number: CT-4554/1606

Name: Sakana

Rank: Lieutenant

Expertise: Tactics, melee weapons

Weapons: DC-17m, beskade (mandalorian sword)

Equipment: Katarn armor, macrobinoculars, EMP grenades, kama, half cape

It was a miracle that we did survive the fight with Durge on Corellia. I can’t even remember much, despite running very, very fast and trowing as many EMPs as possible, to confuse this monster. We made it, but this battle has shown that we are in need of much, much more man- and firepower. Other than that, Corellia was a battlefield just to my taste. Cities, factories, urban warfare. That’s what an ARC is made for. Apparently, we managed to bring that across to our superiors, as I was promoted and all my requests for gear and a new recruit were granted. I’ll do my best to fill my new role as Lieutenant properly and be a good example for the men that now form Mizu Squad. And I’ll keep them alive, no matter the threat of monsters like Durge.

Number: CT-7007/2828

Name: Koi

Rank: Private

Expertise: Scouting, explosives, lock picking, stand up comedy

Weapons: DC-15, E-60R rocket launcher

Koi’s sharp eye and quick thinking have proven to be a life saving asset on Corellia for both, me and the civilians around. He’s a capable scout as well as demolitions expert with more intellect behind both those skills than I first imagined. By now, I put a lot of trust in him. After our mission on Corellia, his request for a personal rocket launcher, which he handed in when we came back from Vandos, was finally granted. We could have used it against Durge, for sure. Koi cares for it like it is his baby and I am sure we can expect the next mission to be much more explosive than the previous ones.

Number: CT-9004/7755

Name: Mag’ro

Rank: Private

Expertise:

Weapons: T-21B Target Rifle, tactical headlamp

Mag’ro is our newest addition to the squad, after we rescued him from the minefield inside the foundry complex. He is a silent fellow, but careful in his movements and a surprisingly fast runner, considering he escaped a crab droid on foot. And, by the Force, running has proven to be essential on Corellia. Mag’ro had no chance to prove his abilities to me, yet, but I give him the benefit of the doubt. If only half of what I heard is true, he’ll serve the squad well. His weapon of choice tells a lot about his mindset: Focused on the target and ready to throw a big punch. I like it.

Here you have Bricky the Kid. If you get him dead or alive you may get 5000 Dollar.

Well, here it is! After a computer crash, trying to use Mecabricks, and then finally having access to a computer with Windows, I can upload this picture. The first car I built in this scale was a Countach, and while it was a lot of fun to build, there was a good bit of it that was off. I have been working on a revision for awhile, and this is what I have so far. I will upload a picture of the whole car as soon as I am happy with it! Thanks for looking!

My entry for the 7th round (reaction) of the Rogue Olympics at Rogue Bricks. The only restriction is a max. amount of 101 parts. I used 88 parts for this build.

"...and one day they arrived, bringing devastation and destruction. After their departure, Earth was never the same again."

Tackling my first big original MOC in fine scale since the Atlantic.

Using a mixture of new techniques from Block Junction MOCs and album stalking, I’m trying hard to get my proportions down without too much compensation for r56 curves. So far it’s promising!

This 6x6 build is part of a series on my favorite Star Wars settings. The micro U-wing is fully poseable via a ball joint connected to the background.

Not all hermit crabs crawl inside empty shells—in fact, some like the Parapaguridae family carry sea anemones on their backs instead. But who's truly to say what's lurking at the bottom of the sea? This build takes this idea to new depths! What if there were crabs who hauled whole reefs on their backs? Tucked among the colorful coral, the fish are darting, curious crustaceans scavenging between swaying anemones, and all manner of reef-dwelling life. Our intrepid minifig explorer has gone to investigate this strange new ecosystem. Help them find all the marine creatures hiding around the reef. I count eight of them.

My focus for this build was imagining new interesting corals. A lot of my favorites ended up being scrapped as they didn't quite fit the palette I went with but I'm quite happy with the bioluminecent coral and the one with the mohawk hair.

Time for more pics! With now 3 exhibitions done I am proud that my Ankh-Morpork MOC survived so far and can be reassembled without problems every time.

A second detail shot of my recent diorama for #dathomircollab.

My take at the CIS Cold Assault Battledroid, featured in my recent vignette. Check out the 253rd Elite Legion for some other great variants of this droid!

In 2017 I got my first LEGO set in probably ten years. The new Hogwarts Express. As I was looking up how to mod it, I found SmithMovies showcase on his Hall class. The rabbit hole leading to his King was short but indulgent as I vowed to make my own.

Isaac was super helpful with his reference shots posted of the LDD model. They showed more detailed outlines of piecework to reverse engineer. Luckily I Had an easy time finding the third party elements that had been recommended, and once everything was sewn together I had my first ‘MOC’. And it’s set me deeper into the hobby than I’d have believed I’d ever be involved lol.

5 years later and a pandemic of isolation to focus on techniques and my own build style, we now have the same model bumped up in scale and repurposed so that the end product is completely my own. I know I’ve been over posting this King a lot, but there is a lot of significance for me in having completed it. Almost like it’s full circle. Idk. That’s probably more bullshit being given to the sentiment than is deserved but whatever lol. Very grateful to visually be able to see personal growth :)

In a year of big leaps on my LEGO journey it’s perfect it should end on another bang!

While at BrickFairVA 2024, I was invited by ConnLUG to join their organization and join one of their biggest display events of the year; the Festival of Trees & Traditions at the Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art!

I was delighted! For such an auspicious event, and as a new member of ConnLUG, I was honored by their placement in the museum to display my creations, and knew I had to make something worthy of the event! Thus! The Soaring Eagle piece was chosen, and as its perfect display partner - the Golden Bull was revived! It had fallen to pieces since its debut in 2023 but had been patiently waiting for my attention once again, and so was rebuilt during the end of November, finishing only hours before the installation deadline on December 1st.

The Bull and the Eagle will be further on display for a while longer in 2025, alongside famous works of art from the historical to the modern. If you’re able to see it in person, I highly recommend you do so, and get lost in all the amazing art along the way!

My thanks goes to Nick Campbell for finding me at BrickFairVA and helping my every step to this next layer of LEGO life!

Thank you to Cam Panczak and the everyone in ConnLUG for welcoming me to their team and community!

And a big thank you to the Wadsworth Atheneum for giving my creations such an amazing and artful place of honor to display at!

A mush-mash of design elements I found on rebrickable that I liked. No real life basis, but wanted something to stand out amongst my other vehicles

Build created for the Rogue Olympics contest!

For round 3 the prompt was monochrome so my first thought was old timey photography, hence a western build edited to look like a single color old time sepia photo!

101 parts exactly, and some fun editing and graphic design afterwards :)

To meet the part count it's a shell... and only has three wheels haha.

Enjoy!

Lego Batman Beyond by muddy river minifigures

Iron Forge final round. And there are so many other beautiful creations in the field, it's gonna be a brawl soon^^

this time, i used the same seed part technique that i figured out with the steam punk plane to make it the center of the build, which makes for the overall octangular shape of this moon elf throne room.

Keepers of freedom, defenders of the Republic and the chancellor’s fines, that’s the 253rd Elite Legion. These brave battalion of battle worn ARC troopers succeeds where others fail and save Republic citizens from the cruel grasp of the CIS droid army on a daily basis! Stand with them and help us to keep the freedom, liberty and justice our Republic has stood for for a thousand years!

If you have what it takes to become an ARC trooper, build a 16x16 studs vignette, featuring your custom clone sig-fig and tag -TTROOPER- to apply for the group.

One part of the recruitment challenge was designing a recruitment poster and man, that was a lot of fun. This was a great opportunity to use what I learned in my graphic design studies and I think it shows. I have to admit, I am rather proud of this one and I even made some more. Stay tuned!

I have been working on a 1/43 scale car for awhile now, and figured building an SC car could be a nice break from the work :)

I Haven't built something in this scale in over a year, and not a ton before that, so it was fun to just relax and try out some odd combinations. I have had the idea of using the books for a car side for awhile, and it worked super well on this model.

Let me know what you think about the model, any improvements I could make or if there is another type of car you would like me to try building :)

Also, If you like SC scale cars, check out vonErics. He has been uploading some pretty cool stuff :)

The last two crew members came sprinting down the hallway towards the escape pods. Good, everything was going according to plan. „Shut the door, T3.“ The droid turned around with a beeping noise and sealed the hatch. Now she just had to wait. The republic frigate she was on had been followed by an unidentified vessel since they had left Telos. She was absolutely sure it had to be a Sith killer commando, judging by the precision of the tracking and the carefully kept distance just out of scanner range. Of course, no scanner could beat the Force and she had sensed the imminent danger since their takeoff. Now the Sith had finally decided to show themselves and attack. Right now, they were entering the frigate, thinking that it had taken severe damage in battle. She knew they were coming for her and the younglings they had taken on board earlier on their voyage. She knew she could not hide from them and a fight was inevitable. This was not a last stand, however, this was a trap. As soon as the crew left the ship in the escape pods and the Sith were occupied with fighting her, another republic ship would emerge from hyperspace, take the crew on board and bring not only soldiers from the republic garrison as reinforcements, but also a dozen of Jedi to stop the Sith dead in their tracks. Right then, she heard the buzzing sound of an igniting lightsaber. It was time to fight!
