„LIZARD“ XVS-10 Light Freighter
Because some of you have asked for detailed pictures of the ship.
The color scheme is inspired by the current City Space theme. The ship is called „ The LIZARD“ XVS-10 and is a light freighter.
The LIZARD is the first ship I build for my CS-NextGen Team (Classic Space - The Next Generation).
In the earliest days of the Blacktron threat, the burgeoning faction operated using stolen Federation vehicles, coating them with obsidianite, a material developed to absorb the widest band of the electromagnetic spectrum possible, allowing pilots to slip past most Federation detection arrays with impunity. Onboard storage spaces and scientific instrumentation were sacrificed for further cloaking technologies and larger weapons bays.
UPDATE: Delighted to say that this build won the recolour category of the 2020 Color it Blacktron contest!
I only went and coloured it Blacktron, didn't I? Recolour of my LL-926 Galaxy Cruiser.
A third view.
This will be my last photo for now showing everyday life aboard Deep Space Outpost Arcturus. But it certainly doesn't mean this is the last time we’ll be on the station. Originally I wasn’t planning on posting this image at all but so many of you seemed to enjoy this series so I figured I might as well. Not much of a story for this poor fellow, but he is sporting a spiffy new green and white uniform (which of course I had to snag from BrickLink a couple of months back) and a classic-tiled scanner - a little old and a little new.
But be on the lookout! Remember, Nova Team is still out exploring in deep space, so more adventures are sure to come!

"When the New Republic under Mon Mothma approved the construction of a defensive fleet after the Battle of Endor, the technicians of the Nadiri Dockyards were asked to build a new class of battleships from captured Imperial ships. The Starhawk-class, that was intended to help with the destruction of the imperial fleet’s scattered remnants. resulted from this recycling process. Those heavy battleships could definitely take on an imperial star destroyer, although they were registered as “defensive fleet”. This became possible through unusually strong tractor beam emitter, which were able to captivate the star destroyers. They were furthermore equipped with a very powerful armament consisting of laser canons, ion torpedoes and turbolaser phalanxes.
A total of probably three of these large ships were produced and all three were involved in the battle over Jakku, during which, however, two of the three Starhawks were destroyed."
After many months of hard work I'm proud to present this new version of the Starhawk which has greatly improved from the previous 2019 version. It contains a total of 9670 parts, weights approximately 7.1 kg and measures 95 x 48 x 39 cm. Overall, it was a lot of fun to revisit this build and improve it.
Shoutout to Sebastian Neuß from Brickmoon and Tobias Nieder from The-Brick-Collective for helping me out in the development of building instructions and full building kits!

For those who are interested, unfortunately I am unable to sell the Nova Team minifigures or designs due to the use of the "Classic Space" logo which is owned and trademarked by The LEGO Group. My custom designed figures and use of the official "Classic Space" logo is for personal use only in my MOCs and photography. By the same token, I will not give away the design files and source material either. Thank you for understanding! Trust me, if I could legally sell these, I would.
This is the SCI Bastion, a first generation destroyer developed and designed by Star Corp Industries. It is mainly used for transporting cargo, but with its decent armor, advanced armament and mobility, it can serve as an escort for larger ships and also as a launch base for light fighters. This ship belongs to Star Treaty Space Corps.
Enjoy it !

Futuron* was a peaceful and friendly population.
Their ground vehicles and spacecrafts were designed to explore new planets and new dimensions indeed.
But something is changing: a black menace is coming from the deep space, its name is Blacktron.
The black men want to attack the Futuron people probably to steal the sought after and valued Monorail.
To prevent the Blacktron attack a new armored vehicle is ready to fire: the "White Tiger".
This medium-class tank features 2 middle-range surface-to-air guns, a rotating turret and a crew of three (the commander, the driver and the gunner).
The nick name is a tribute to the invincible german "White Tiger" from WWII.
Will the "Tiger" be able to destroy the black menace?
Above the "Tiger" at the maintenance bay where Classic Space men are fixing and refueling it before a mission.
On the right close to the door the Futuron crew.
The forklift is based on Alban Nanty one.
*Futuron was a subtheme of LEGO Space released between 1987 and 1990 to replace Classic Space series.

It's Neo-Classic Space time! This, is the "Galaxy Tzar"
When asked to make a modular armed exploration craft, General Galaxy turned to what many consider to be the greatest multi-role modular spacecraft of all time... The "Galaxy Commander".
Thirty years later, when Earth Alliance command asked for an new starship to fill the role originally defined by the Galaxy Commander, General Galaxy looked back upon it's original design and after two years of development, released the Galaxy Tzar.
Scarab Pods were tiny craft that could be launched from much larger vessels within the Federation's fleet. Used for short range missions and as escape pods when large ships had to be abandoned, they were extremely tough and durable, able to weather harsh atmospheric conditions and extremes of heat as they carried their pilots to safety.
Some more views of this little fella. You can see it has folded landing gear on the underside, which makes a tripod with the downward fins.
LEGO Ideas contest entry: ideas.lego.com/challenges/2d3f47a4-66c9-4f41-92ee-87ccc9f...
My submission to an official LEGO contest to showcase music, futurism, and celebrations – thus, this creation encompasses all three. The Moon Rocks are a far-out cosmic rock band with a hypersonic sound totally out of this world!
This is based off a concept I tinkered with in 2015-2016 which featured a fictional LEGO rock band comprised of astronauts, known as The Highway Stars. Only unlike my previous build which depicted the spaceman band traveling in a flying rocket convertible car, this particular new concept features the band performing on a lunar base.
The ground begins with dark grey bricks to give the rocky appearance, which then has a simple structure of light grey to mimic the look of a space station, and uses numerous pipes and tubes for design effect. On the stage you can see the five members, each wearing outfits reminiscent of classic Space minifigures. The audience is a mix of various spacemen from different eras – including M-Tron, Blacktron, Space Police, Uitron, and even a bunch of Mars Mission green aliens. I started working on this in March 2022 and quickly finished the whole project by the beginning of April.
The stage was originally intended to be designed to resemble a giant boombox with cassette player, but instead I utilized the back wall to have a huge JumboTron screen! There weren't many engineering obstacles since the actual base is rather straightforward, but instead the major challenges were obtaining enough 1x1 plates of the proper colors to make the mosaics. The planet earth mosaic was difficult to map out in Photoshop due to my limitations with blue pieces, and I had to use pinks and lavenders instead.
The LL-962 Aegis is cruising within planet Oasis’s thermosphere on a routine scouting mission in Nova Team’s continuing mission to explore and protect this planet.
Routine or not, up here the view is spectacular. With magenta and blue hues surrounding them, the planet’s star slowly dips below the atmosphere as the neighboring ringed gas giant hangs in space watching over its smaller counterpart.
It is a sight to behold and Captain Knight and Commander Stargazer are grateful to have the opportunity to experience it.

Build made with Bricklink Studio 2.0 with existing/custom parts and image enhanced and edited in Photoshop.
The idea behind this build was to capture a sci-fi themed outpost that specialised in the research and growing of plants and fauna on a colonised alien planet. The scene depicts a native species of giant worm attacking the scientists whilst being defended by the colony's security.
I'm back at designing habitats. Here's my latest, for the Retro Space Hero minifigure from CMF series 17.
For more insight about the build, check out the video down here: youtu.be/qWt23ctXoLA
Developed as a long-range exploration vessel sized between its more famous stablemates the LL928 and LL924, the LL926 Cosmos Explorer ended up having less in the way of cargo space in the rear compartment, only able to fit the smallest design of rover available to the Lagrange-Lunacorp designers. Most of the extra space was taken up with fuel storage and crew supplies, giving the Cosmos Explorer the longest unsupplied range of the three vessels.
The lack of cargo capacity made the Cosmos Explorer less versatile than either of the other early LL-type explorer ships, however, and many planetary fleets of the inner system bought only a few of the craft. In the far reaches of the Uranian and Neptunian leagues and the Kuiper Belt Alliance, however, these ultra-long-range craft really came into their own.
~~~
So I was planning to build a sleekened, updated version of the old LL924 Space Transporter, but I think this ended up a bit bigger than that venerable beauty. Not quite up to the LL928, but that might actually be within reach now. Amazing thought.
„LIZARD“ XVS-10 Light Freighter
Because some of you have asked for detailed pictures of the ship.
The LIZARD is the first ship I build for my CS-NextGen Team (Classic Space - The Next Generation).
Inspired by the Exo Suit designed by Peter Reid - this is a slightly smaller, lighter suit. Features fully poseable arms, hands and legs. Comms antenna can fold down so the suit can be stored in a smaller space.
i finally after forever picked up 3 of these super duperly awesome 1940/50 space helmets. man there groovy
This one was inspired by the current Lego City Space Theme. I wanted to use the things like the Space Helmets and those cool Lab Guys in a MOC. So I came up with the idea of a Lab, where they develop those suits.
This will be part of a new collab with Boba-1980, so watch out, there is more Space Stuff coming.
