In the future a new earth-like planet - named Ademis - is discovered. A group of people with different skills is sent to Ademis to live there and examine the pre-conditions for a larger colony to be established.

FebRovery 2022, installment 11.

There seem to be a lot of motorbike-type rovers in my submissions this year. Here's another one, in my personal favourite Space Police colours, the first generation of that subtheme.

If you're noticing a trend in recent uploads, that's probably not a coincidence. I had quite a backlog of these guys that never got posted.

Neo Tunnel transport 4980 Rock Raiders

This little fella needed a spaceship so I built one with the parts of set 71772. The minifigure is from series 22 and has a unique purple classic space torso. The dark pink windscreen is also unique. The three wings can retract to make it more compact when landed. If people like this I might create digital instructions for it later.

Space Police has caught a criminal stealing some power converters from Octan Epsilon VI Space Depot. Oddly he's wearing a Blacktron logo on his chest. Why is that? Is Blacktron making a comeback after their demise over 20 years ago on Ice Planet 2002? If they are, nothing good will come to galaxy. That's why it's imperative the officers question their suspect and get as much information as possible.

With that smirk on his face, I think this Blacktron fellow knows something... like he's almost amused. Could his capture be a ruse to hide something larger?

::::Behind the Scenes::::

I know that a bunch of you will be asking: Will there be more to this story? My answer: Sort of. Think bigger picture here, with the main villain from my "Infiltration" series, and the recent starship wreckage Pete and Yve are exploring in my photo "Surveying The Derelict" Its all connected... ;-)

Progression on this is going slower than I'd like because I've been busy with work and family things, but I'll keep plugging along! Comments always welcomed. Thanks!

Small progress on adding the back plating tonight. I only had about an hour to work on this today...

Gas Forklift in Neo Classic Space version.

Yes we use a Gas Forklift because the display is called "Space Panic", so it is imperative to use a product likely to explode. ^^

What if you encounter ghosts in space? Who you gonna call? Space Ghostbusters of course! And their specialized vehicle (Space Ecto-1) equipped with the most advanced technology to fight any space ghost / creature.

The model is controlled remotely via BuWizz – including the hatch door and the retractable ghost trap. All the functions are displayed in this video: flic.kr/p/2oiyttE

for those hard-to-rove planets, good for climbing plateaus.

Greetings from Halloween-color spacemen!

Can you spot a ghost?

Having parted with team Corellia at the end of Season 24 of the Galactic Speeder League, Peter Quill founded a private garagistic team named, of course, Starlord Engineering. It is equipped with two Corellian plazma engines so powerful that it is impossible to unleash the whole power due to the class limitation even despite the #speeder is the heaviest in class (there is a power to weight ratio to equalize competitirs a bit). Despite the lack of good results in the first races the team is optimistic and even looks forward to conquering the Unlim class some time in the future.

Commander Liu is holding the legendary Golden Fly. Did he just make the greatest catch or has he lost his long trusted companion? You decide but it goes without saying, that is one big bug!

I made this for the Frog collab run by Simon Liu for Brickworld Chicago this year. Yes- I'll be going and I hope to see some of you this June!

This build was fun and was a resurrected version of a few mocs I've started over the past few years. He has chairs for abs, a duplo tube for his neck guard, minifig helmets for toes and fingers, and a pneumatic cylinder as part of his jet pack.

Darth Mor’s Star Fighter is flanked by tow of this when he needs a “ little “ more firepower.

Hope you guys like it, let me know what you guys think.

WOW! I did not expect this so soon! I only got to 400 follower a few weeks ago and 100 came very quickly! Thanks you all very much and I very greatful that you all appreciate my pictures!

This model is inspired by the Deep Freeze Defender 6973 from the 1993 Ice Planet 2002 collection.

contains 2373 parts with display stand. It was my favorite ship of my childhood.

This ship contains 2200 parts.

The LL724 Tandem Hawk is a twin-cockpit Federation transatmospheric craft with three main engines. Shown here with various groundside tender vehicles including mobile ladder, fueler and pilot transfer landtrain, its variable-geometry atmospheric wings give it excellent in-atmosphere manoeuvring ability while its dual twin lasers and shoulder-mounted proton beams give it a significant armament for a general-purpose Federation explorer.

Typical Federation cockpit layout has the pilot on the right side and the navigator or commander on the left, but "opposite-handed" left-hand-drive versions do exist.

Really, don't know what to say about this batch of Rovers ^^

"This store is soooo big!"

Good thing the shopping trolleys are fully powered. Kenny will be able to get back to the checkouts before closing time.

First of the slightly silly rovers I've built this FebRovery, this shopping trolley rover seemed just the thing.

In case you've ever wondered how Santa manages to deliver all these presents in a single night. Well, he's got his squad of little helpers and they can build him SPACE SLEIGH!!! 😉🎅🚀

This powerful machine is 100% bio-fueled as it runs on milk and cookies. Also fitted with chocolate chips afterburner!

In a continuation of my Infiltration series here is a closeup of the mercenaries during their secret meeting, completely unaware that Nova Team us currently in their compound right now gathering valuable intel!

The upgraded Blacktron Raider V2 features more powerful engines and shields and updated control surfaces.

Time for some Futuron goodness! I don't have a lot to say about this but it was a fun little build.

This is FebRovery episode 8, and I have a few to upload at once as I've been falling behind in my photo-taking

First of three Second Vic Viper completed for Nnovvember 20101 (although the last completed).

The Grey Ghost fighter flew for the Confederated Colonies in the great Galactic Civil War. Named after Col. John Singleton Mosby in the American Civil war, this fighter's slim profile and grey powder finish make it extremely hard to spot. Using it's twin rail guns, the Grey Ghost punches holes in armor of capitol ships, and is just sneaky enough to do it! (Just like Mosby)

Fun fact: My mom grew up in the same town Mosby did, so there's a family connection here.

Space Truckin' 🚀🚛 : The Last Leg

Built for the Iron Forge, preliminary round of Iron Builder 2020. Seed part is Minifig legs (if you don't already know by now).

I've used them in a few spots for this microscale space delivery: cargo, side of space-truck bridge, initial ring x2, construction drones. I found some interesting, though sometimes finnicky, connections for them - including StarWars antennae, & stud shooter hammers.

Enjoy! And good luck to all who are testing their mettle right now, alongside me, at home.

Contestant at the Cyber Neon Circuit Racing League

This racer is off my usual theme but was a lot of fun to build. A couple of Rogue Brick buddies and I build a racing collar for "Steinewahn 2020" in Berlin a few weeks back.

Details and shots on site to follow...

------------------------------------------------------------------THE IDEA------------------------------------------------------------------

Have you ever wondered what lies beyond the horizon of all those treacherous dunes on Classic Space box art? Well, heck if I know -- BUT I can ask you a better question: how does one get there? CERTAINLY not with 6mm offset tread wheels mind you! Legend has it, as you progress deeper and deeper into the dunes, the sediment becomes darker and redder. Some believe this is because of a rich resource which lies deep beneath it, some say it leads to treasure, and others may warn that is home to the Insectoids... Personally I think its because I only had so many options to work with for backgrounds -- BUT the answer is up to you!

------------------------------------------------------------------THE CRAWLER------------------------------------------------------------------

Back to the big question, how does one cross those dunes? Well, the nerds over at Classic Space HQ (trans-green edition) have the answer! They came up with the legendary idea of slapping the biggest tires possible on the 6901 Mobile Lab, but then quickly realized the tire itself was far bigger than the lab, so they had to resort to an increased budget. They searched far and wide for whatever traditional light gray pieces they could find and were able to create a behemoth lab crawler ready to challenge the dunes themselves. It is time to discover and research what lies beyond them!

D is for... dark orange?

This spaceship is based on the alphabet starfighter project that my son and I began last year.

Some of these ships are based on past Lego themes, others are designed around a play feature, for letter "D" I wanted to use the Lego color dark orange. The complement color I like best for dark orange is medium azure. Using these two colors as staring points, I gathered what limited elements I had. The design of the ship was largely based on what cool elements I had in those colors. Because there weren’t any real play features, I included some homing missiles that Elliot could use to "pew" the enemies.

Backstory:

One cold weekend afternoon, I was looking for something to do with my four year old in the house. We went to our Lego room, "What do you want to build?", "A spaceship," Star Wars obsessive Elliot answered, "an E-Wing!" I knew that the Lego fan site From Bricks to Bothans held a letter based starfighter contest years before, but I was willing to give it our own try.

During the build I developed our own set of self imposed RULES:

1. The ship has to be in the shape of the letter

2. It must be strong enough for a four year old to play with it without breaking

3. The primary color and cockpit location are chosen by Elliot

4. Any piece Elliot finds (that matches the color scheme) MUST be incorporated into the build

5. What Elliot says, goes. So if he wants a play feature or design element, I had find a way to make it happen

As the project progressed the builds became more and more complex and the rules became more flexible. We finished the letters of Elliot's first and middle names and now we are working our way through the remaining letters.
