Spaceship made for the display "Space Panic" at the french convention Brick à Dole 2017.
Front view - Mix between a helicopter and a small spaceship, always with a "Neo Classic Space" look to be compliant to the theme of the diorama (of my part).

Using the experimental CosmiCorp Immortality Suit®, Aximan managed to survive his decapitation. Having defected from the company, the highly advanced tech contained in his body puts a target on his back in the eyes of CosmiCorp's agents.

Based on the general design of 7051 Tripod Invader this Vic Viper in the Alien Conquest theme is my first contribution to NoVVember 2011!
The upgraded Blacktron Raider V2 features more powerful engines and shields and updated control surfaces.
With the Basilisk starfighter, I wanted to try some weapons/loadout variants, like in a SHMUP. This is the level VI, dual mass accelerator cannons. The one in the original photos looks like it will be level 5. More upgrades to come!
A sub-atmospheric speeder with some thicc engines. Great for aerial stunts and high-speed racing, but the insurance rates kinda suck.

A selection of Ice Planet MOCs from our Ice Storm last year, built when we were without power for almost 10 days, as my fingers went numb - but I wouldn't let the opportunity to make some appropriate Ice Planet 2020 builds.
Mono Rover built using a LEGO Dots Bracelet for the mono-wheel, and trans neon chains for snow chains.

Ice Planet 2002- Ice Station Ody-"PC"
Is it Ice Planet 2002? Is it a computer?
It's both!
Brickworld 2025's theme was "Braving the Elements", so here is my AIR cooled ICE PLANET pc with a little FIRE and hot WATER thrown in to get as many elements as possible.
It is my latest attempt to merge my two hobbies- LEGO MOCs and custom-built PCs into one build! The PC components are mounted using LEGO elements, meaning there is no metal frame or screws involved anywhere in this build. The open frame PC "case" can be lifted from the MOC (after discounting the USB powered black light in the main control tower and the probe launch tower to the right of the CPU cooling fan) by the built in technic handle. Though who would want to lose the sweet MOC its built into? Check out some of my older posts to see the LL HoRyzen for a PC built into an orange spaceship!
PC Specs:
Ryzen 5600X3D
Gigabyte AORUS Pro AX B550I
32GB Corsair Vengeance Pro
Sapphire Pure Radeon 7800 XT
750-Watt Silver Stone ITX PSU
Yes, it can play Crysis :D
The Ice Planet MOC features all the classic Ice Planet hallmarks- a probe launch point and magnetic crane, neon orange accents and snowshoes, and a little spacecraft, modeled after a classic space fighter I previously built, but this time in Ice Planet trimmings. This built uses far less black than LEGO Ice Planet builds did- I substituted some dark blue into the doors instead, but kept the black on the probe. Some fun little LEGO stories going on as well with the Ice Planeteers bathing in the hot tube, the commander carving an ice sculpture, and the penguins roasting s'mores!

One of my better efforts at building an enclosing cockpit, I think. Not specifically an NCS build, for all it's got a yellow NCS spaceman as the pilot. Just your average two-pronged-spear-wielding battle mech
I'm something of a fan of vertically-oriented ships, but I don't build them as much as that might suggest. They always look really cool, but they're logistically awkward and often hard to display; however, here's a little vertical-fin space fighter I put together.
Medium Combat Mech. Svardstav has a basic, lightweight frame and a single vectored fusion jump jet mounted on its rear. It carries a dual bladed sword on its right hand, and is equipped with an advanced sensor suite and long-range antenna in its head. The model is well-liked by techs for its reliable and robust communications, control and weapons systems.
This is the first character I built for what became the PACH (Poacher Assault Containment Herd). They're a genetically engineered team of pachyderms whose mission is to eliminate poachers. He's the veteran sergeant who leads the team in defending the herds against poachers.
I first displayed one, then several, at BrickFair in 2022 (I think), then held back on posting until they were published in Brick Journal... then I forgot to post for awhile...
I build this for LegoIdeas Activity.

And it fits for Febrovery also.
This is my own custom starfighter I built. Partly for fun and partly to play Lego with my daughter. I made it with many parts from childhood as well as some newer pieces I recently purchased.
Its a nice ship for the Captain and it looks pretty cool on my desk at home.
"We've got music in our solar system, we're space truckin' round the stars!"
For an Instagram contest involving cars, I dug out my Astrosurfer Space Car from early 2016 and took an updated photo of it in front of my Moth Nebula matte painting.
This is a composite image of two photos: the car, satellite, and spacewalker are attached to sticks. After shooting the desired shot, I removed the set -- but kept the painting and lights in the same spot -- and shot a photo of just the background. I merged both pictures later in post, and added the glowing headlights.
For once, I've find a fitting name : "Blocky Runner" ^^
Seventh (and last...) Vic Viper for 2021, and by far my favorite.
It was very fun (and not that easy as it may seems) to go to the total blocky look.
This year's SHIPtember build has been going smoothly. So far I have had five evenings to work on it. Over the next week I expect to get the engines attached (hitting 100 studs in the process) and build a stand. The last sections I plan to work on will be the pilot area and a large decorative fin.
For our Space Police Team-Up Contest at @roguebricks.de I joined forces with @wochenender and did this Space Police troop carrier on a mission against his Blacktron thugs.
The whole set with crew
X1 Freedom Rebel Fighter
The X1 was a Pre-Republic ship lost in time with old markings of a forgotten faction. All grace and dignity were left behind in favor of raw power and functionality. This combat-ready ship's oversized cannons were optimized with its powerful engines for the best obliteration of its enemy. Dogfighting against it was not advisable if you valued your life.
Some say X-Wing was inspired by this relic a long time ago.

O-Wing Starfighter v2
A collaborative design project
I knew it was going to be hard to top the play features and design of the first O-Wing www.flickr.com/photos/davekaleta/46617057261/
Elliot turned four just before I started this one. He had just gotten the Darth Vader Transformation 75183 set. So I "borrowed" some of the PLATE (A) 4M 45° to finish this build. Each of the eight sections has a rotating feature. I particularly like the cockpit area. This ship might be modified to the letter "Q" for the next phase of this project.
One cold weekend afternoon, I was looking for something to do with my three year old in the house. We went to our Lego room, "What do you want to build?", "A spaceship," Star Wars obsessive Elliot answered, "an E-Wing!" I knew that the Lego fan site From Bricks to Bothans held a letter based starfighter contest years before, but I was willing to give it our own try.
During the build I developed our own set of self imposed RULES:
1. The ship has to be in the shape of the letter
2. It must be strong enough for a three year old to play with it without breaking
3. The primary color and cockpit location are chosen by Elliot
4. Any piece Elliot finds (that matches the color scheme) MUST be incorporated into the build
5. What Elliot says, goes. So if he wants a play feature or design element, I had find a way to make it happen
As the project progressed the builds became more and more complex and the rules became more flexible. We finished the letters of Elliot's first name and then he wanted his middle name. During the second set of letters I tried to incorporate more complex play features.
These creations sit in display in his room and he loves playing with them and creating self invented narratives and worlds. Working with him helped stretch my skills and introduced him into the process of design.
All 13 of these ships were on public display at Brickworld Chicago 2019. Please let me know if you saw them there and what you thought!
Back in Blacktron! After creating magnifigures of classic M:Tron minifigs, the next logical step would be to create the rival Blacktron II counterparts. Unfortunately, LEGO Group never produced official printed tiles with the iconic lime green Blacktron II "B" logo, thus I was unable to create the figures for now. However, I made a first generation Blacktron figure instead, and the inverted Triforce logo wedge fit directly on the chest! Although the actual Blacktron visors were solid black, I substituted it with transparent yellow to give it some more ascetic edge.
Streamlined version's challenge page: ideas.lego.com/s/ca:c3839db98c4f41e9965931549161df4d
This is the original version of a LEGO vignette I created for an Ideas competition called "Exploring the Cosmos". The premise of the building challenge is to make futuristic space vehicles or bases with using 150-250 pieces total. I built this project, shot the photo, and then afterwards realized I went well over the 250 part limit. I ended up streamlining the project significantly by removing some of the detail of the ship, removing the three small meteors surrounding the ship, and reduced the size of the exploding meteor. This brought the total count to 250 pieces exactly. Next I retook the streamlined version's photos and submitted it to the competition. Hence the version seen in the challenge page looks a bit different than the image seen here.
The original working name of the project was the "Asteroid Authority", clearly inspired by the classic Atari game Asteroids. Whether I win the contest or not, I at least deserve some credit for the awesome name "Meteor Watchdog!"
Strange LEGO Spaceship, complete with the smallest simplest escape pod!
The Domo is a big triangle, presumably the inspiration for pyramids of antiquity across the globe, #AncientAliens
Build was straight forward, it opens up very nicely, and I prefer the Deviants’ builds in this set. Plus, Kro gets a cool head printed piece!
On the negative, there are a ton of stickers (that’s not a biggie for me), and the mini figs.. All I see is helmet-less color-coded Power Rangers.

While there are far more efficient means of security than a multi-ton drone capable of obliterating an armored truck, it nonetheless makes for an effective deterrent.
The included manual assures the user that "any claims that the 8UNNI resembles mammalian fauna of the Leporidae family is unfounded. The top-mounted sensors' placement was informed by design, NOT aesthetic."
This ship is uniquely capable of creating separations in spacetime and opening rifts in the fabric of the universe through which it can travel great distances in an instant.
I decided my NCS spider tank would look much better with some kind od scenery, so I built some. This elevated platform is some sort of repair/servicing station I think.
Since it's a legged vehicle it shouldn't have any trouble traversing the edge protection, so we can be both OSHA-compliant and practical.
I found this to be a fun revamp to do. Help support classic space by clicking the link below! ideas.lego.com/projects/f1b1dfc3-4ef2-4992-aab7-aad16bceed0d
