I forgot I had this set. This one was taken when I was playing with a new lens, the Olympus 50mm f2.0 and is my son Kai when he was about 9 years old.

On the 17th of may 2009 a baby elephant was born in the Antwerp Zoo, after a public contest to give the baby girl a name, the little elephant was given the name 'Kai-Mook', meaning 'Pearl'.
Me and my daughters went to the Zoo last Tuesday, taking a descent picture of the cute little one was not easy, since hundreds of people all wanted a first row place to be able to view this adorable new born. I took 23 shots of the elephants using my old 85-300mm lens which hasn't got image stabilization...
This is the best shot from the baby I got.

Single shot at 0EV in RAW/ISO100 at f/5,6 using the old Canon 85-300mm lens.

Tonemapped using the detail enhancer.
Photoshop
The image is a blend of a single shot HDR and a normal RAW processed image.

° High pass sharpening ( See here for description )
° Blended the photomatix version.
