Wikipedia: The Lockheed Martin–Boeing F-22 Raptor is an American twin-engine, jet-powered, all-weather, supersonic stealth fighter aircraft. As a product of the United States Air Force's Advanced Tactical Fighter (ATF) program, the aircraft was designed as an air superiority fighter, but also incorporates ground attack, electronic warfare, and signals intelligence capabilities. The prime contractor, Lockheed Martin, built most of the F-22 airframe and weapons systems and conducted final assembly, while program partner Boeing provided the wings, aft fuselage, avionics integration, and training systems.
An experiment in gun convergence. I wish the vertical "stabilizers" weren't canted inwards, but I can live with it.

Chrysler built 55 experimental turbine-powered cars in 1963/64. The 2-door hardtop coupe featured stylish bodywork designed by Elwood Engel and built by Ghia of Turin. All had this metallic paintwork known as ‘turbine bronze’. Powered by a Chrysler-developed A-831 turbine, the cars could run on various fuels, required less maintenance and lasted longer than conventional piston engines, but were much more expensive to produce. Other negatives that came to light in the user programme that Chrysler conducted between October 1963 and January 1966 were poor acceleration, excessive noise and poor fuel economy.
After concluding the user programme, Chrysler reclaimed the cars and scrapped all but nine. The Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn houses one of the survivors.
