This iteration of 'Lady of the Night' follows similar concepts and tones as the previous one, with this piece serving as further exploration into colour and design. I played around with the idea of intricate headpieces and dramatic jewellery -- perhaps made from precious metals and adorned with jewels from deep beneath the earth, or following the dark jagged shapes that are more in line with the spider motif. Additionally, in terms of the overall presentation and design, I went over the lines with red to emphasise the shapes, colours, and features of the character to achieve a marginally 'different' look compared to the first piece.
I loved that the SparkTruck crew talked to the kids about brainstorming, and iteration, success from failure.
How about that tasteful psuedo-symmetry, eh?

The Missouri state capitol in Jefferson City is the fourth iteration of the capitol in the state. The first one (which still stands) is in St. Charles, just outside of St. Louis. The second and third were in Jefferson City -- the second on the site of the current governor's mansion, the third on the site of the current capitol -- and both burned.
This building was constructed by raising $4.5 million in bonds, then only used $3.5 million to built. Instead of putting the $1 million in a perpetuity fund for future improvements, they decorated the heck out of it with art, in many cases by folks who never set foot in the building or city. (An exception to this is the House Lounge, which has plenty of tempura paintings by Thomas Hart Benson.)
It's also the site of the Missouri State Museum (so-so, as far as state museums go, though they currently have a nice "Missouri in WWI" exhibit).
They also have a "Hall of Fame" area with busts of famous Missourians or folks who meant a lot to Missouri. (Some are pictured here.)
This is my second time seeing this capitol. My first impression (in 1998 or so) is that it was a nice capitol in a nice setting. Unfortunately, it's now currently wrapped in shrink wrap, undergoing a $50 million (exterior only) restoration. (Perhaps that cost could've been offset had the initial $1 million excess been invested somehow.)
What this meant for me, visually, is a lot of exterior shots that are much more disappointing than they would have otherwise been, and interior shots (which I didn't get 20 years ago).

On Day 6 of the first iteration of Air Assault School at West Point, the attendees test on Sling Load Operations where they have to find three deficiencies to receive a 'go' on June 20 on South Dock.
They have to find deficiencies among a cargo net, cargo bag, a trailer and HMMWV that would be sling loaded from a Chinook, which they test during full operations on Day 9.

This is my idea for my 4D iteration put to action. It was following a feminist framework with a diagnostic model. The power struggle of the player vs. spinner was meant to bring out the feminist framework while the unintended meaning behind the colors and words being said was meant to bring out the connection to the diagnostic model. My interests and skills of stretching/yoga and body movement were meant to come into this project, but it still needs developing. The main critique is that it seems to focus too much on games and fun in several of my iterations, which started to feel too repetitive.
On Day 6 of the first iteration of Air Assault School at West Point, the attendees test on Sling Load Operations where they have to find three deficiencies to receive a 'go' on June 20 on South Dock.
They have to find deficiencies among a cargo net, cargo bag, a trailer and HMMWV that would be sling loaded from a Chinook, which they test during full operations on Day 9.

Last year, an alliance of organizations active in the agriculture sector connected with negotiators and national and international organizations through an event series on the potential for adaptation and mitigation in and through agriculture during COP23. In its second iteration, Agriculture Advantage 2.0, the series builds on last year's experiences, emphasizing the need to move from agenda setting to action.

This iteration of the scaly dragon can be seen over and over again at Shinto worship places like this one at the Hino Jinja at the base of the west face of Mt. Hino. Since almost all metal, including tools, hardware, and art from shrines and temples, was collected for the war effort in the final years of the Pacific War, almost all the metal art today dates to the peacetime that followed August 15, 1945. Somebody commissioned the figure and then it caught on widely, since it shows up again and again --certainly in and around Echizen-city, but probably that same way nationwide, too.
The antlers look like deer, the talons look like bird of prey, the whiskers perhaps refer to tiger, and the scaly body is something like serpent or simply reptilian dragon.
