If semen is not ejaculated, it is recycled by a man's body because it is a vital life essence (like blood or lymph) -- NOT an excrement (like urine or feces). The profession that currently recommends that men "clean their pipes" periodically, is the same profession that used to recommend smoking cigarettes to "sooth" the smoker's lungs.

Prostate issues used to be largely a concern of men in their 70s or 80s. Prostate cancer is now the # 2 male cancer worldwide ( lung cancer is # 1 ) and prostate cancer is now more and more often diagnosed in much younger men. The two highest concentrations of Zinc and Selenium and other important nutrients in the male human body are found in the prostate and the brain. The crude expression, "f**k your brains out", contains much more truth than many realize. Prostate issues often respond very well to targeted nutritional supplementation. Hence the exponential growth in the sales of supplements specifically for the prostate over the last 30 years.

With karezza, a man has the option of making love as often as he desires, through his 80s and beyond, without thereby putting any undue stress on his prostate because he is not intentionally throwing out his vital life essence. He also has no need to use any life-threatening pills to produce an erection. And his partner is more likely to also desire and deeply enjoy their frequent lovemaking which is more in harmony with nature.

Claudius, 41 – 54

Cistophoric tetradrachm, Ephesus 41-42, AR 11.36 g. TI CLAVD – CAES AVG Bare head l. Rev. DIAN – EPHE Frontal view of tetrastyle temple of Diana at Ephesus, her cult statue within with fillets hanging from her wrists, polos on her head; the temple stands on a podium of four steps and has a pediment decorated with figures. C 30. BMC 229. RIC 119. CBN 229. RPC 2222.

Undoubtedly the finest specimen known. A spectacular portrait of great style perfectly

struck in high relief and a wonderful iridescent tone. Virtually as struck and Fdc Privately purchased from Ed Waddell.

The cistophorus would be minted under Claudius for the first time since the great coinage of this denomination by Augustus. The Claudian mintages were nowhere near as extensive and the pieces that are seen usually show significant wear indicating that they circulated heavily. RIC indicates these issues may all be commemorative in nature and were not intended to be a regular coinage for the area. Of the cistophorus issues of Claudius there are four main types: Those including Agrippina (his wife); the issues dedicated to Artemis (Diana) and her temple, as here; the issues with ROM ET AVG temple reverses; and, late in his reign the issues identifying Nero as his successor. Of these types this is perhaps the rarest.

Artemis herself was the Goddess of the hunt but here probably refers to her role as Goddess of childbirth. RIC dates this coin likely to 41-42 AD based on the absence of titles in the legend and the fact the head is not laureate. Yet the ROM ET AVG issues of Pergamum are undated by RIC. These two types share an almost identical obverse design – both portraiture and legends. MSG.

Galicia21. Journal of Contemporary Galician Studies

Issue C. 2011

www.galicia21journal.org

Issue A

Ao igual que nos dous últimos anos, nos derradeiros meses do 2011 deseñamos o número C da revista Galicia21. Journal of Contemporary Galician Studies.

This photo was taken at Fort Meigs during a reenactment of “First Siege”. The fort is located on a bluff overlooking the Maumee River in northwest Ohio. During the War of 1812 British troops and their allies attacked the fort multiple times. The successful defense of the fort by the U.S. Army and several state militias helped stymie the British invasion of Ohio and the U.S. northwest territories.

INTERESTING FEATURE: Also of note is the editorial which discusses the archeological diggings around the church of Sta. Ana and the small museum annexed to the church displaying the finds from this excavation. When I last visited the church of Sta. Ana in 1997, all traces of the archeological excavations was gone. The people in the church office were not aware that there ever was any archeological expeditions conducted under and/or around the church edifice! And the church museum... GONE together wilth all of its contents!

Crown The Empire//Issues

With One Last Breath Support

Birmingham Asylum

14th September 2013

Over the last week my PC issues mostly caused by a recent troublesome update released too early by Microsoft has caused me quite a few headaches.

However after things looked promising with a fresh install, which resulted in me looking forward to returning to my Carrera GT update soon.

Unfortunately since the issue returned with vengeance which isn’t helpful, due to the update being stored on my second hard drive. It could be months or at least a year before the update icould see the light of day. Unless of course I can find a solution soon.

Now if it can’t be fixed or I decide to reinstall Windows 10 for a second time and I fail to stop the same update installing in the background, or the motherboard is slowly dying. It’s better I admit defeat and wait until the time is right to buy a new PC.

Of course a good portion of the PC is healthy. But since I prefer to edit on a computer and in something like Photoshop. There is just no backup solution for me.

Right what’s next for me on the purchase front. For me I want to get a PS5 next after finally replacing my new TV after 8-12 months of saving up. However since I’m looking to get a PS5 pre-ordered or ordered over the next three months,

The PC will have to wait until I get the PS5 first, or after I get both the PS5 and Xbox Series X.

Now what PC would I aim to get, my plan is to get it around the level of the PS4 Pro or Xbox One X. Reason being I have quite a few friends in certain games on the Xbox side of XBL. And while more games are slowly supporting cross play.

Franchises like the Battlefield series tend to stay away from crossplay support. Now why do I think this. I think it’s down to the development team knowing crossplay between PC and Xbox games can result in an unfair advantage for PC players if both platforms had the option to share the same servers.

Of course Crossplay is wonderful for open world team based shooters like Warzone since the development teams have to release updates regularly to beat the hackers.

While for games like BFV and the next one. The updates tend to take a bit longer due to the dev team’s history. And of course quite a bit of time is spent fixing bugs that arise when it comes to maps, vehicles, movement, weapons and game modes.

So not including crossplay support in the next BF on consoles might be a good idea. Unless of course some things are tweaked to balance the playing field.

Important: The notes on the image explain a lot.

The existing issue listing page is bogged down with filtering options. While they're nice, they're overkill 99% of the time. I wanted to simplify the issue listing page and more seamlessly integrate the filtering options into the navigation structure.

This means significantly less control, but a dramatically more natural interface. I'm half-expecting that we'll need to continue to offer detailed filtering as an option, but it won't be the default any more.

There's a few aspects of this mockup that show an inaccurate page state as well as lots of elements and functionality missing, but I wanted to throw this out there anyhow.
