Even if it’s just Patches in the park!

Me and Patches had a good mooch around Towneley park.

I got talking to a bloke that was flying a drone. He said he usually flew it on auto, but, now he was practicing on manual. He had the wide open space to go at.

He showed me a video on his phone. He said that they’d been at Coniston a couple of weeks ago, and that they were going to climb Old man Coniston, but decided to fly it with his drone instead!

I found the drone super interesting. He had goggles on whilst he was flying it which let him see what the drone sees. The controller was shaped like an X box controller.

Long exposure on an iPhone - this was a minute long using ReeXpose App , on a tripod of course but some blurry bits of scenery as the wind was gusting and strong on top of the Carding Mill Valley. But delightful sky streak effect was the result.
