After many years of avoiding the FOS at Goodwood finally got there with the help of a couple of mates. Bit of planning resulted in a start time from home of 04:15am !!

Jumped in Gazza's car locally and then picked up another friend around Basingstoke and arrived 06:45 ready for ticket gates open at 7am. Bit of a detour for road closures but apart from that a fabulous traffic free drive.

This was the very impressive feature in from of Goodwood House - stunning item. But then the whole day I was blown away by the staggering stands and cars. The Lotus and Land Rover stands were epic huge affairs. There is not enough time to do the lot in one day. We were very lucky with the weather especially as the event shut for one day due to high winds.

But we also planned the exit early to avoid 200,000 people all going home, it was a sell out apparently but spread out was not too bad.

Yesterday I went to my favoured woodyard to get a price for imported 150mm x 35mm redwood Loglap treated green (tanalised) shed timber cladding. For a 4.2m long piece it was £25.80 (inc VAT). Expensive.

They have brilliant customer service, and the guy behind the counter introduced me to this composite cladding, perfect for a shed.

It comes in slightly cheaper than the Loglap timber… But… it never needs painting or staining. Just power washing annually!

There are 8 colours available… Ivory, Light grey, Teak, Redwood, Stone grey, Olive green, Charcoal, and Coffee.

Current we’re mulling it over, but, we like the Charcoal.

Blue Hour Manhattan Plaza 33 Ping Pong Tables Across From Macy's Herald Square - IMRAN™

Manhattan, New York City, has been my "first and forever" hometown since my first visit in 1987 and living there since January 1989l. I have always loved driving (and even keeping a car) in the city.

But I also love European cities' open spaces for pedestrians. It is interesting to see how much of Times Square, and now also Herald Square, where Macy's flagship store is, are being given more space for people to do city living. I loved seeing these table tennis "tables" (appropriately fully locked into the concrete."

I will have to play with a friend there one day. Enjoy this view of blue hour in the city at the center of the universe.

A very cold and misty foggy start greeted the first hardy members of Windsor Photographic Society hoping for a beautiful sunrise...... Fat chance the mist and cold just got worse. I just needed a couple of swans to pass by but none appeared.

This was my shot of the morning, taken underneath one of the bridges at Eton Dorney Rowing Lakes, operated and run for Eton School, with Olympic hopefuls able to row here by prior appointments.

The lake on the left is some 2,200 metres long with eight lanes 13.5 metres wide.

A quick snap of a beautiful corvette as I was leaving my performance last night.

Macro mode on the iPhone 13 Pro Max

It is remarkable which photos can be taken hands-free on the IPhone 13 Pro Max.

A quick iPhone photo of 1 of the orchestra musicians looking over her music 1 last time before our concert at Reynolds Hall (The Smith Center) with David Perrico Pop Symphonic.

We went out to Del Valle last night the moment I saw a purple cloud behind my neighbor's house thinking that it must be the northern lights. When we arrived at Del Valle, it was all packed with cars. I set up my gear but the lights from the incoming vehicles completely ruined our experience. We could see a very mushy purple in the sky without naked eyes. I even screwed up the manual focus with my camera setup. The only positive outcome was my wife capturing this photo with her iPhone. It really saves the day. Tonight we are moving to a new location in the peninsula. Hopefully, it 's not as crowded as last night.

Walking With Wild Windy Weather Whipping Water Waves Beautiful Blue Bay - IMRAN™

Kennedy seems to be smelling the non-existent roses, while K2 keeps an eye on me as he runs past. Wild windy weather whipped water waves into a frenzy as even the dog leashes I was carrying were swinging in the wind when the beautiful Shannon took a series of candid photos of me on a beautiful blue day on Tampa Bay.

Mind-Blowing Tampa Bay Dusk At Apollo Beach Florida Home - IMRAN™

What words can describe this scene better than one breathtaking gasping look can? The red reflected from the underside of the relatively low clouds almost looks like a magical glow deep inside.

Six handheld iPhone photos were stitched to create this panorama.

Again I have forgotten my cameras at home. But honestly I did not expected this. Therefore I had to use, what was with me. An iPhone 13 Pro Max and as it is not capable of making sunstars, I tried to hide the sun as good as it gets. I turned on RAW and…what I have to say. I’m really, really impressed. Just edited it with Lightroom Mobile.

The drink of choice for me when we were staying in Rovaniemi , I do not normally drink lager but this was more like beer to me anyway. But we are in the €8.40 Euro's price band so not cheap....and that is just 0.33 litre, not a full pint.

Looks like he picked his own.
