Thanks for following me, always, Wayne S. Grazio aka fotograzio
with Willem at the Roger Raveel museum. Roger Raveel was a Belgian painter whose work is often associated with pop art because of its depiction of everyday objects. Raveel's style evolved throughout his career, from abstract to figurative.
Great for some more creative photography, yes a complete break from the ‘usual’.
Thank you and have a great day, M, (*_*)

I'm remembering the tranquility I experienced during our train ride out west to Glacier National Park. The rhythmic rocking of the sleeper car was the only sound as I documented this sunset through the window.
There's so much noise at this point in my life that I'm planning to intentionally force quietness. How close can I get back to this moment on the train? Particularly in the political sphere, I've never seen so many arguments on my facebook feed. Time to unplug (using News Feed Eradicator and other helpful chrome extensions - LINK) and make room for more introspection.
This is an eight-image panorama.
In the shadow of an art gallery, a waitress enjoys a brief moment of respite before resuming her service. Between her glass of water and her phone, time seems to stand still, as if she had momentarily escaped her daily routine. Behind her, the artworks and the violin reflect another world, almost unreal, where melancholy and introspection intertwine. A pause, a breath, before diving back into the bustle of the night.

Diana Rudychenko, captured in a striking portrait by @stephanemossephoto. The minimalist setting and upward gaze create a sense of introspection and elegance.

I have been in a quiet, introspective mood today, after hearing some very sad news this morning.
Info: Canon 7D, 55mm, f/2.8, 1/640, ISO 100.
A line is like a life, progressing from a beginning to an end. Intersecting lines are like intersecting lives.
"But, Rob, some of those lines have gaps..."
Aww, c'mon, why ya' gotta mess up my metaphor?
"I think it's a simile."
Don't be like that.
"Like what? Finish the thought and we might have another simile."
