I saw this Mallard in the creek near my house, I have never seen a duck hold the wings up like this - he never put them down while I was watching.
These were in the recipe box that my son scattered all over the house. They have only been preserved for the photo. They will not be re-filed.
Names have been removed to protect the innocent recipe-clippers.
This is the interesting red flower with a spiky type of petals. This is quite rarely seen by me in Penang.

This is on Hawick High Street in the Scottish Borders. Pity about all the reflections in the glass, but I couldn't find an angle that didn't show them.

Explore is weird. Photos which made the top ten of interestingness for the day they were uploaded end up in the 400s later on. And photos that made Explore in the 400s are in the 200s several months later. I still don't understand how this whole thing works.
