Saint-Paul outside the walls (outside the Aurelian walls) is one of four major basilicas in Rome. The current church, once the largest in the world, is a reconstruction of the fourth century church which burned down in 1823.
When people talk about macro, they mostly mention the flower, but we can find many small interesting subjects in nature, which will be beautiful. I like 35mm macro lenses because it is a wide-angle lens and I can have less blurry subject. When the focal length gets longer, the focus points gets more complex. That’s why people are using photo stacking. They take many pictures in different focus points and stack together with post processing software. Today I took this shot. Photography is fun. We need to walk and drive a few miles and find a better location even for macro photography.
Fungi of beechwood: These are unusual looking bracket-like fungi the name of which I am not sure. Any ideas about ID would be much appreciated. They are attached with a small stalk to the wood and have white porous underside with irregular pores. I have taken picture of these fungi on the same fallen branch early in December last year and they didn’t grow much over a month (either slow growing or already full grown) and their porous side remains white too. This collage shows both upperside and underside of this group. Lansdown, Bath, BANES, England, U.K.
With heartfelt and genuine thanks for your kind visit. Have a wonderful and beautiful day, be well, keep your eyes open, appreciate the beauty surrounding you, enjoy creating, stay safe and laugh often! ❤️❤️❤️
Another interesting Far-East sim: The island of Pandasia, mystic with a Zen atmosphere for nature lovers, relaxing and taking photos or taking a boat trip. the sim is fully open including the beach side house. Good visit!
Red is such an interesting color to correlate with emotion, because it's on both ends of the spectrum. On one end you have happiness, falling in love, infatuation with someone, passion, all that. On the other end, you've got obsession, jealousy, danger, fear, anger and frustration.

Last spring, I spotted these delicate little flowers on a neighbourhood walk and wasn't quite sure what they were. After a bit of research, I discovered they're Wild Tulips (Tulipa sylvestris). Not native to my area, I'm quite sure that the homeowner must have planted them as specimen plants. I don't know if they'll overwinter, so it'll be interesting to see if they appear next spring. If you're interested, here's a bit of info on this flower:
"Tulipa sylvestris, the wild tulip[3] or woodland tulip,[4] is a Eurasian and North African species of wild tulip, a plant in the lily family. Its native range extends from Portugal and Morocco to western China, covering most of the Mediterranean and Black Sea Basins, and Central Asia. The species is also cultivated as an ornamental and naturalized in central and northern Europe as well as a few scattered locations in North America.[2][5]"

Pebbles Tavern in Watchet is one of the best rated pubs in Somerset and is probably the best place to find Somerset's most famous export, cider, and lots of it.
It's been under the capable care of manager Dean Manley for the last six years, and he is as big a fan of cider and decent beer as he is good music.
The pub has a secondary reputation for bringing decent and exciting bands to west Somerset, mostly focused on jazz, swing and bluegrass.

On the way to Fáskrúðsfjörður, located on the same-named fjord, lies between Reyðarfjörður and Stöðvarfjörður. It is one of the easternmost settlements of Iceland. Fáskrúðsfjörður was home to a hospital founded to serve French fishermen working here until 1935. But I was more admiring the fjord’s natural beauty.
Thanks to everyone for visits , comments , awards and invitations, I appreciate your feed-back very much.
I would just like to say a huge thank you to everyone who continues to support my photography. It truly means the world to me ♥
Near Jaisalmer, in Rajasthan a sandstone group of centotaphs look like an abandoned city. The windmills make an interesting backdrop. Meant for the royal family of Jaisalmer the construction of these centotaphs started in 1470 and the tradition continued with each generation. An early morning picture.
