Catching up on some photo's taken months ago before I go away!

Woolston is a light industrial and residential suburb of Christchurch in the South Island of New Zealand. It is situated three kilometres southeast of the city centre, close to major arterial routes including State Highways 73 and 74 to Banks Peninsula. The Heathcote River flows through the suburb.

Not sure what to make of this Charleston House

This photo to me captures how we all see the world in different ways, I love the idea of experimenting with crystal balls in photography to create new looking photos.

Early morning and an interesting yacht sailing through the Copeland Sound. No name visible unfortunately.

In October 2024, my family and I went on a trip to our beloved northern part of Europe. For the trip, I prepared a rather interesting set: Leica M9-p, Leica Super-Elmar-M 18mm f/3.8 and Nisi BLACK MIST 1/2 77mm filter. I really wanted to get a picture similar to positive film. And I think I succeeded.

This wall at the Corban Estate Arts Centre seems to be different every time I visit.

Interesting lovers chairs made from casts of human bones. Two linked chairs by Stephen Gregory allow lovers to discuss mortality. Love the wedding ring on the joined hands and internal organs upholstery.Spotted on a recent trip to Great Fosters in Surrey.
