Using the process described for the Interesting Qs and the Right As, I created a compression and diffusion of the most interesting male models, as decreed by flickr, and continued the same post processing techniques.

We're moved in and mostly settled! Thanks everyone for you comments and faves while I was gone!

Interesting building that once had an industrial purpose. I would not be surprised to learn that it once used for storage. The path/road has some heritage to.

Foundation for the back portion of the house, always expected it would fall over backwards, not be pushed over by mechanical piece of equipment.

A mild and sunny Saturday in East-Westpahilia encouraged us to start our mill-project. Our area is covered with more than 40 mills, perfectly restored and maintenanced by volunteers. Our goal is to picture the most beautiful of them in the next couple of weeks. We finished the day with a breathtaking sunset lakeside in Bad Oeynhausen.

We were trying to catch Fieldfare during our ringing session this morning in an orchard with loads of fallen apples. We didn’t catch any Fieldfare although there were plenty about but this young Male Kestrel went into the net. All ringing done under licence from British Trust for Ornithology and all birds were released unharmed

Another covid street it seems,

There are now five Sandhill Cranes at Bombay Hook NWR, DE.

Two had taken up permanent residence at BH and now three have joined them. So at least for now, there is one juvenile and four older ones. The three newbies may have relocated from 1,000 Acre Marsh in New Castle (DE), a bit farther north.

These interesting looking boulders are found just above Wave Rock, not far from the crest of the Wave.

Wave Rock, a granite cliff, is 15 metres high and 110 metres long. It forms the north side of a solitary hill, which is known as "Hyden Rock". This hill, which is a granite inselberg, lies about 3 km east of the small town of Hyden and 296 km east-southeast of Perth, Western Australia.

I took this one last week while waiting to watch a motorcycle wall of death show at Peterborough's Custom car and hot rod show. There certainly are a few unusual characters at these events. Took a few shots of the show but they all came out a bit too grainy for my liking. Will have to try again next year.

NASA PIC OF THE DAY:

Explanation: A volcano on Krakatoa is still erupting. Perhaps most famous for the powerfully explosive eruption in 1883 that killed tens of thousands of people, ash from a violent eruption might also have temporarily altered Earth's climate as long as 1500 years ago. In 1927, eruptions caused smaller Anak Krakatau to rise from the sea, and the emerging volcanic island continues to grow at an average rate of 2 cm per day. The latest eruption of Anak Krakatau started in 2008 April and continues today. In this picture, Anak Krakatau is seen erupting from Rakata, the main island of the Krakatoai group. High above, stars including the Big Dipper are clearly apparent.
