Project by Myles Blasonato, James Brown and Michael Moretti. A challenge for these game designers was to develop an Audio-Only Game experience in which the player navigates the spatial virtual experience of a non-linear narrative blindfolded. The Wii controller is used to activate events, such as answering the phone, shooting, turning a door-handle and voice activation triggers other selections as the player chooses their own path through the branching structure of the adventure narrative. The player depends solely on her/his ears for sensations and directions. The sound design involves virtual spatial audio, foley/SFX, dialogue and binaural directional cues.
This project was developed in the Interactive Sound Studio 2008 University of Sydney.
Lewis and Clark Community College unveiled its interactive mural just in time for graduation. The design competition was won by Breanna Sak of Granite City. The mural will be on display outside The Commons until next spring, when a new design will replace it. The public is invited to interact with the mural by walking the dogs, blowing bubbles or resting on a park bench. Photos by Jan Dona, L&C Media Services.

This fun flamingo invitation is perfect for the kid who loves going to the zoo and watching all the flamingos in the ponds. The background is printed on two premium 16pt. semi gloss card stock sheets. This card stock gives the card a good weight and feel. The flamingo is cut separate from the background and is attached to the background using adhesive foam pieces. This gives a relief to the invitation. The wing is adorned with light pink feathers.
