Art installation by Laura Ellen Bacon designed specifically for Ruthin Craft Centre. Created in situ by knotting rods of willow. The work grows from the floor upwards towards the light of the skylights.
Winning design for SCASLA's 'Design my Backyard' competition in the spring of 2010 at the Knowlton School of Architecture. Designed and built by Jake Haggmark and Alex Ruiz.

This is my video installation for my very recent group exhibition which known as The 3rd eyes. It is a video projection on fishing line curtains & the end result can be seen in this image.
“Plan 10″ is an interactive installation that uses sound, lights and animated video that users control trough a controlboard, where they can sequence and control events in a tactile miniature sciencefiction city."

MOMO (° 1974, San Francisco), is an American artist. His work is not intended to be representative, but is purely sensual. In addition to his studio work, he paints murals and public installations. The ideas he develops in his paintings and three-dimensional installations are conceptual and aesthetically post-digital: they have the look and feel of digital paintings with their geometric compositions and the superposition of layers drawn across the surface. For MOMO, work preparation is an integral part of the process. For example, he develops specific working tools for each project. MOMO plays with color theories and manipulates our sensual experience of his art. The resulting graphic work has strong, vibrant features composed of clean lines and pure and primary colors.
This work was on display in 2016 at the MIMA in Molenbeek, Brussels, on the occasion of the opening of the museum.

Naast zijn studiowerk schildert hij muurschilderingen en openbare installaties. De ideeën die hij ontwikkelt in zijn schilderijen en driedimensionale installaties zijn conceptueel en esthetisch post-digitaal: ze hebben de look en feel van digitale schilderijen met hun geometrische composities en de superpositie van lagen die over het oppervlak zijn getrokken. Voor MOMO maakt de voorbereiding van een werk integraal deel uit van het proces. Zo ontwikkelt hij per project specifieke werkinstrumenten. MOMO speelt met kleurentheoriën en manipuleert onze sensuele ervaring van zijn kunst. Het resulterende grafische werk heeft sterke, levendige kenmerken die zijn samengesteld uit strakke lijnen en pure en primaire kleuren.

A small area of the room is sectioned off with tables. Along these tables are what appear to be origami in many different forms (such as stars, chains, etc.). Each piece/grouping of origami has a tag beside it with a book title and author- implying that each piece of origami is a book. The book title is reflected in the style of the origami.

COME TO THE FRONT is His Name is Alive's Warn Defever and Anti-Social Music
joining forces for a three-day residency in New York City. Performances include a
chamber ensemble piece that begins peacefully but catches fire quickly at Monkeytown,
a film of the mythical "Wolfman of Detroit," a noisy electric kalimba installation
at Brooklyn's Soundfix, and an all electric thumb piano composition at The
Living Theatre in Manhattan.
